  There is, but it’s nowhere near as intrusive as I’ve seen on some forums and so doesn’t really bother me, especially because you have to move your mouse pointer over it to get details. Browse around this forum that I used to visit for an example of the opposite.

  @Erufael I think the rule is: Does the current bookmark go to the end of the topic? If no (and the current viewport does not extend the bookmark to the end of the topic), and you're not at the bookmark or are at the beginning of the topic, then display the toaster.

  @Kuro They just won't open. It seems to work in Chromium, but in Ghostery on Android they just sit there. They light up when you try to open them (from getting selected) but that's about the maximum interaction you an expect.
