I know people who were born after the 9/11 attacks
Wanna feel really old?
The kids who were in that Kindergarten class-- the one Bush was reading a story to-- when the attacks happened?
Those kids are now old enough to enlist in the army, and get killed in the same futile war that Bush started over those attacks.

Was that the same war which was waged preemptively based on flimsy or exaggerated evidence that resulted in flying from WMD to "liberation" and destabilized the region for decades to come?

I'm not normally one to condone violence, but if you say "The Moon landings were faked" to someone who actually walked on the Moon, then don't be surprised if your nose ends up flatter than when you started.

Seeing as how this thread's been necro'd (and in defiance of the subsequent topic drift), I'm reminded of a couple I posted that were never guessed:
Champion Travel: Fury of the Chief- I thought that one would be easy.
Estate of the Forest Mountains- I knew this would be hard. For a hint, there's also Definitely a Mislaid Sphere: Estate of the Forest Mountains II, Estate of the Forest Mountains III (no sub-title), and more recently Sphere of the Forest Mountains.

Still not sure where do Forest Mountains come from."Of the Forest Mountains" refers to the etymology of the Jurassic period, which is named for the Jura Mountains. Jura means forest. I did say it was a hard one.

In context it makes even more sense. It was one of the top moon-denying assholes harassing him. And not "Hello, dear sir, I would like a reasonable discussion"-- but someone literally following him around, getting in his face, blocking his path, and calling the man a liar and a thief (?).

If that's all it was I'd say the response was unwarranted. Anybody can laugh off a single comment like that. But it was after a long period of harrassment. This guy had been after Buzz and the other Apollo astronauts for some time, and during this altercation he got right up in Buzz's face and blocked his movement several times.
So violence is bad and all that, but if you deliberately start something you might just get something.

That is awesome. The dude had video evidence of him being punched in the face and still couldn't convince the police to lay charges against Buzz, because of the harrassment shown in the rest of the video.
