Are there any parallel data streams, which windows counts toward size on disk but not toward size?
I hope not, this is just the DVR recordings. I'm not sure how that translates on the Samba-ZFS bridge, but there shouldn't be anything more than a ton of "Here's a 8-second video clip of times we think there was movement, and a 46kb jpeg of the first frame" files.

I don't think ZIP drives went into the A/B drive slots but I've never had one.
Actually, the ATAPI drives apparently do fit in standard floppy bays, but mine have an adapter tray thing that makes them fit into the bigger bays.

@El_Heffe There absoljutely were internal IDE and SCSI zip drives.
Infuckindeed. My 1997 Dell P-II tower had an internal ATAPI Zip 100 drive instead of a second CD drive. It had a 3.5" floppy drive as well.

Fucking MS. I finally went the nice simple route of using Disk2VHD. They had an easy sale on this one, but SCVMM screwing up just killed my motivation to sell it to the client. This shit worked in 2008R2 when it was just a simple installer.

The article comments were separated from the forum during the migration, now they live solely on the main page.

That is a shame! I liked the comments even more than articles, plus I could read the good ones (more discussed) right from the forum

Yeah. Well there's still comments, just not here. ;)

Nothing's preventing them from registering and posting their own WTFs.

There was a disk utility mentioned a while back that lets you see the amount of disk space each folder (and sub folder) takes-- but can't remember what it's called?

There are many for each system. I use any of TreeSize, SpaceMonger, WinDirStat or whatever.

Due to it being CMS driven rather than running locally, I have no way to actually debug it when I cock something up. If I get a 500 page I didn't do it right. It also takes anything up to half an hour for changes I make to show up on the site, so it's slow going to say the least
Guess what the problem was?
If you said "Jaloopa is an idiot who forgot a semicolon", you win.
There was then some weirdness with the CSS and Javascript being dropped, but that seemed to sort itself out after a while

Trying to move a SQL database from one drive to another. Dettach the (just one, this is important in a second) db in that instance with no problems, move the .mdf and .log, go to re-attach the database and SSMS crashes. It won't even open the instance now as it doesn't have a default database.
Time to brush up on how to use the commandline utilities for SQL Server.

Use Maven Tycho they said. Be free of all that Eclipse trouble they said.
Disclaimer: my knowledge is 3 years out of date but it seems that building Target Platforms is still an exercise in patience rather than using a decent tool.

There's like a billion disk utilities that do that. (And I assume you mean "each folder and subfolder simultaneously", because Windows Explorer will do what you say otherwise.) You might have to be a little more specific.
Hey guyz there was a thing that did a thing and then there's stuff and some other stuff, what was it called?

There's an RSS reader plugin for NodeBB that could do exactly this, but it doesn't work with the RSS format served up by our front page. It should be fairly easy to make our own plugin to do what we want...

Either go full phonetic or use the original names damn it! Or were there multiple Supermen because one was not enough to stop Ben Batfleck?
