There's an image of a missile / bomb next to a muslim looking person. The missile is painted this horrible green and red color scheme. It's racist because it's mocking the well-known fact that Muslims, being a lesser evolved race, have not yet developed a third type cone in their eyes to distinguish green/red. The poor mutts are incapable of seeing all the colors use privileged members of the superior Aryan race can see. It's extremely racist to imply that they cannot create a missile with a proper color scheme, even with their inferior genetic makeup.
