We have that in Germany as well, at least sometimes. I distinctly remember when I wanted to buy a one-way ticket to Munich from Hamburg, second class. I was then told that a return-ticket, 1st class would cost me only half of what I wanted.
-
@RaceProUK I'm not sure how that's even possible - Newcastle to Oxford has 10 stops. Even both ways that's 20, not 28.
Frankly though I'd rather save myself the time of booking that many tickets and just pay extra. Actually, that's a lie, I'd drive like I do to everywhere in the UK except London.

The ability to navigate over waist-high walls was one of the key advantages humans had over robots.
If you ask video game creators we lost that ability some 10ish years ago.

"Börder Wåll": IKEA offers a cheap solution for his wall
Washington (dpo) - "Too expensive!", "Too complex!", "Not feasible!" - such criticism confronts US president Donald Trump in relation to his plans to build a wall on the border to Mexico. An offer by IKEA might offer an instant solution to all his problems.
The Scandinavian builder of furniture has offered the "Börder Wåll" to the USA as an easy prefab solution which they only need to pick up at the next IKEA-branch (station wagons suggested) and then assemble at the proper location. With a total price of 9,999,999,999.99 dollars, the "Börder Wåll" is quite bit cheaper than a regular wall which is expected to cost about 15 to 25 billion dollar.
According to government speaker Sean Spicer, Trump is already auditing the offer:
The wall in simple Scandinavian design (with a 5 year warranty) mainly consists of pressboard with a birch-like exterior. You can assemble it easily with an Allen bit set; and the 12,000 pages manual makes it child's play - as long as you don't lose a single screw.
"You should consider getting a second person to help you, so that one person can hold the wall while the other one screws," suggests the offer by IKEA.
The basic configuration shows a wall 10 meters high and 3,144 kilometers long, but it can be freely changed in height and length.
IKEA has already announced that it will present further products in the next weeks which will add to "Börder Wåll". According to insiders, the product line will include a sentry tower "Göggle" and the automatic set gun "Råtåtåtåtåtå".

My understanding is that this allows him to raise funds towards that election. It's not really "actively campaigning" at this point like it would be 3 years from now. He's not even the first to have filed one of these:
-
@boomzilla no, but for a sitting president to file so early for his reelection bid is unusual.

Yes, but it'll cost £10 more than plain white.

Yes, but doesn't that then mean there's more conflict of interest rules to follow (I know I know)-- or, for instance, any money he makes enriching himself off the white house now counts as campaign funds instead of money in pocket?
You'd think there's a reason it's "unusual".

To be fair, it would have been their grandparents participating in the 60s Free Speech Movement, and I've been reliably informed by @tufty that truth expires after a certain number of years.
