Right. "Such as" ancient Greece and Rome, and:
The conceptions of homosexuality found in classical Islamic texts resemble the traditions of Graeco-Roman antiquity, rather than modern Western notions of sexual orientation.
Interesting, since the difference between Greek homosexuality and modern homosexuality is that Greek homosexuality generally involved young boys,
Adolescents, if Iām not mistaken. Back in the day you were considered a man at a much younger age. Since āmanlinessā was what they were worshipping, I donāt think it involved boys.
and Islam is generally very gung-ho about child relationships.
Well, Islam is all kinds of fucked up, that seems par for the course.

So today news broken in Sweden about the fact that one of the companies that were answering calls to the national health hotline had all calls they received since 2013 lying unprotected on a webserver that anyone who knew the IP could access. 2.7M phonecalls. Some listed with phonenumber in the filename, some with people saying their SSN on the calls. All sorts of fun stuff. I expect this company to be hit by the maximum fine that the GDPR allows, as this falls under "severe" and "extra sensitive data". But, yeah, what could go wrong when outsourcing to a company in Thailand... Luckily it seems to be mostly people in Stockholm affected and who the fuck cares about them anyway.

Federal prosecutors say that the information Tekashi has given them may require that he be placed under witness protection since he is believed to have implicated individuals involved in extremely violent crimes.
... witness protection ...
Where are they proposing to place him? A circus?
Looking like you fell asleep and your mates went wild with sharpies all over your face isn't - I would have thought - too conducive to being elusive.

Some rappers do a bit of both. When I do Nicki Minaj at karaoke it is challenging to switch back and forth. P!nk also has some songs where she kinda raps as well as sing.

When you watch gangster movies, do you identify with the molls?

DuckDuckGo did not help me figure out what that is.
I would definitely prefer to use DuckDuckGo all the time, but sadly, it's not quite at the level of the goog: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moll_(slang)
I was referring to the first definition:
In the United States, an archaic term for a gangster's girlfriend. See gun moll.
So now I'm archaic.

Got it.
Yeah, I sometimes go back to google when I have to.
To answer your original question, probably not. I still generally root for the good guys and I'm pretty sure any of the bad boys I dated weren't that bad (drug dealers versus murderers) as least AFAIK.

What a great idea this is!
Particularly if you consider this little factoid here:
The UK grows 61% of the food it eats, according to the National Farming Union (NFU),Tim Lang, Professor of Food Policy at City, University of London, and DEFRAās Agriculture in the UK paper (July 2017). Government sources sometimes quote a figure of 75% but this excludes ānon-indigenousā items such as exotic fruit ā bananas and mangoes, tea, coffee and spices ā foods that cannot be grown (either at all or on a meaningful scale) in the UK.
So, possible food shortages due to chaos at the border and higher prices for all imports on top. That will go over well!

They're doing it deliberately so they can say "Look - see what you voted for?" Noses and spite come to mind. That and the NFU shroud-waving. "Look at our poor farmers who may no longer get subsidies for merely owning land.... What? You want them to produce food as well?"
They don't have to have any tariffs on imports if we leave with 'No Deal,' under the WTO guidelines.

As if that stuff would be able to arrive on that island anyway before rotting, due to the chaos. Plus, the pound will fall to the bottom so it's not as if they could afford imports anyway...

I was a bit wild in my youth (several tattoos and piercings). I also had rainbow hair at some point. And I tend to like black and Hispanic men.
My husband is way more normal looking though has several tattoos and is half Hispanic. Hence my jokes about me oppressing my Hispanic family.

Iāve watched the video now instead of just looking at the mugshots. I guess if you got rid of all the tattoos, the shit he did to his teeth, the āblingā, stupid hair and clothes, the remaining normal-looking person might actually have some quite attractive facial features. Changed - into flowers and butterflies, I guess. No one would ever figure out it was him.
Removed - has tattoo removal progressed to the point that it's not obvious? It used to leave scars. Answering my own question - yes, it no longer leaves scars, if you have it done by a doctor, but it will take monthsāif not a year or more. https://www.glamour.com/story/tattoo-removal-cost-what-is-it-like

@jinpa The government would be paying, and he'd have as much time as it takes because he'd simply disappear.

Well, that's sort of the problem, because he'd have to be in custody (AKA prison) until the treatment was complete, because he'd be recognizable until then.
