I remember that! Turns out the site still works, too. "Twls are only recognized when typed with the keyboard behind this Pop up." Which is an image.
Twls are for tools, all right.
-
Cyclops is an innovative head display currently being built by [the twl behind twl].

-
I applaud that girl. She managed to try out so many different apps, and yet she always presents them with the exact same enthusiasm.
-
It's a little disturbing you tracked all that down.
-
I did a GIS on the picture and got them all.
Filed under: now excuse me while I go stare at her bedroom window

What the-?
HTML/CSS abuse. It's in the signature @immibis who made the apparent post above it:

HTML/CSS abuse
I've always thought those were Javascript-injected. There was an XSS vuln on CS that was never patched.
I think I made the TDWTF logo in one of the threads into that buttcrack photo once using that. Fun times.

Good shot.
<small>Filed under: i think i might have to bookmark that GIS query
If i'm going to keep using this image it should probably be hatted.
@abarker, would you oblige?
-
No problem. Enjoy my newest hat:

FYI @accalia, That's not the newest anymore. ;)
-
FYI i'm in the process of making 50 some odd avatars for future application as the mood strikes me.
none of them are hatted
-
I wonder if my Fabulous Darth Vader is still set up on the CS forums.
-
Yes!!
-
hmmmmm
//TODO: make darthbot
-
Does that mean I have to work on my signature plugin as well? But... I wanted to work on my connection thiggy (first delayed due to 504s, now busy with stuff).
-
I admit nothing.
-
You brought this on yourself!
-
-
???????
Nah, your avatar makes me think of items spiraling to the center:
-
Mad hatter is off duty today. On mobile with a migraine makes hatting unpossible.

for no raisin:

seven hours later and no hat.... perhaps an associate hatter would do the honours?

Did you miss the Hatter's post before yours?

Did you miss the Hatter's post before yours?
You didn't read her post very carefully, did you?
-
Evidently not. I'd read it like she hasn't seen it post.
Ho hum.
-
seven hours later and no hat.... perhaps an associate hatter would do the honours?
There's already a hat on a stick in there.Mustache is optional, so closed as WONT_FIX.
-
-
There's already a hat on a stick in there.
well that's either a parasol or a kasa-obake
so not a hat.
-
Hatters gonna hate

I may not be an associate, but I'll have a go:

-
Cat ears are a barrier against proper hatting.
Edit: nice job @RaceProUK.
-
CatFox ears are a barrier against proper hatting.
FTFY. It is @accalia, after allOh, and @accalia, @Zecc's effort is better than mine; I won't be offended if you use his instead ;)
-
changed the highlight on the parasol to a moustacheAnd then I tried to draw glasses with my touchpad... but it didn't work out and it looks like a wrongly drawn small bra now... oh well, can't say I didn't try.
And now I see somebody did a better job at stuff... oh well²
-
That was done using a laptop's touchpad while remoting to another machine btw.
I guess I could have gotten out of the remote session and edited the image locally, but where's the fun it that?
-
Yeah, touchpads suck for drawing. The only painting I actually did was on the pince-nez's alpha channel, and only because it was then scaled down a lot, because the jittering was immense.
-
I do actually have a graphic tablet but I chose to ignore it because this is - after all - tdwtf... Also my avatar is litteraly a K with a box, some text and the standard hat, moustache monocle combination. I don't see any reason other people should get more fancy stuff ;P
Filed Under: I also wanted an excuse in case it turned out bad... which it did! | I am kinda proud for the moustache on the parasol, though
-
-
I do actually have a graphic tablet but I chose to ignore
My graphic tablet is like, two meters away. Ain't nobody got time to reach for that!
-
Ain't nobody got time to reach for that!
My point exactly.
Also, let's pretend I would actually go and get it... that would not equal to raising my artistic level to a satisfactory state.
Filed Under: I am not here for art, I am here for WTF
-
Not sure I agree.
I'll happily admit my effort is cuter. Whether it's better is up to @accalia to decide

i love the pink hat of @RaceProUK, but @Zecc made the glasses work too.........
-
changed the highlight on the parasol to a moustache
that's actually supposed to be an eye..... but the mustache works.
i like it.
-
i love the pink hat of @RaceProUK
I like the hat, too, but the color doesn't really work with anything else in the picture.
-
yeah...@zecc's hatting won. but it was a very close race.
-
-
next time? i'll be changing it again soon. :-D
-
that's actually supposed to be an eye
An eye on a parasol? Now thats just silly!
If there were eyes on those things, where would we put the moustaches?Filed Under: Learn your parasol-anatomy 101. It will definitly prove useful in your life
Serious note: I will admit I was kind of confused as for the black part of "eye". Since it was a highlight for me it looked like the artist just forgot to fill some colo(u)r in
