And a bunch of activated carbon for extra effect.
I'm curious what the effect is.
Mixed with Alka Seltzers, the effect would presumably be black foam.

Perhaps Gerry is not only giving HDMI cables to wives, but also offering to plug them

I wonder how the responses would change if you used the more precise term "Hindu-Arabic" numerals.

I wonder how the responses would change if you used the more precise term "Hindu-Arabic" numerals.
Technically ambiguous, since it could mean either 0-9 or the series ۰,۱, ۲, ۳, ۴, ۵, ۶, ۷, ۸, ۹. Or any of the series of progression between them.
'Eastern Arabic' seems to be a more specific term for what you're implying...
As to the actual answer to your implied question, I suspect "not a lot". 'Indo–Persian numerals' would probably reverse the Y/N.

Indo-Persian is probably the best term. You can make a case for just saying "Arabic" , but it can lead to the misunderstanding that the numbering system was invented in Arabia, not India, whereas it's just the actual current form of the numerals that comes from Persia.
cff. "LInux" vs. "GNU-Linux".

Can't be. The poor animal didn't get stuck in the terrain while upside down, didn't start to shake violently nor to fly upwards at great speed (while probably shaking violently).

Apart from the pedantry, I wish store employees could just leave me alone. If I want help, I'll ask for it. It gives me the creeps that someone's welcoming/greeting me because some suit in a Ferrari who they've never even met decided that they have to.

When you want help, you won't be able to find one. They have a knack for doing this.

That's not even that. Ferrari guys don't make those decisions. It's the middle-level marketing drones who come up with this bullshit because they need to look like they're doing useful work in order to not get fired.

Mid-level marketing are still in a Ferrari. It's just that they hired it for the weekend to try to impress their latest target of affection…

I could imagine something like this as a question to weed out the sarcastic. The MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) has similar, but less obvious questions, designed to reveal people who simply wish to appear weird.
-
@DoctorJones I've seen (snapshots of) similar questions before, and I've seen some people claiming that this intended to filter out people who don't read/answer seriously the questions (e.g. those paid to fill in surveys, or mandatory bullshit corporate training surveys...).
Note sure whether it's really smart people writing the surveys, or people who don't want to believe that survey writers can be that dumb and therefore try very hard to find a reason...
EDIT: the above is basically what @jinpa said, with sarcasm added.

We had a George Harrison song recently in Song of the Day, so this seemed in the same spirit.
Sung to Beatles "Let it Be":
When I find my code in tons of trouble,
Friends and colleagues come to me,
Speaking words of wisdom:
"Write in C."As the deadline fast approaches,
And bugs are all that I can see,
Somewhere, someone whispers:
"Write in C."Write in C, write in C,
Write in C, oh, write in C.
LISP is dead and buried,
Write in C.I used to write a lot of FORTRAN,
For science it worked flawlessly.
Try using it for graphics!
Write in C.If you've just spent nearly 30 hours
Debugging some assembly,
Soon you will be glad to
Write in C.Write in C, write in C,
Write in C, yeah, write in C.
Only wimps use BASIC.
Write in C.Write in C, write in C
Write in C, oh, write in C.
Pascal won't quite cut it.
Write in C.{
Guitar Solo
