As it's Eurovision Song Contest times:

Joseph Smith had been warned that when the Prophet was speaking, there would be witnesses. As soon as Smith declared he would speak no further, the apostles gathered after him. Then, the witnesses declared that Joseph was not speaking for them. Joseph's voice was now drowned out. They also spoke with Joseph's father, Jacob Smith, as he recited his words for the last time. Joseph's words:

"When this morning my brother Joseph Smith commenced to deliver unto you from the ministry of God, concerning these things; remember ye that our Father in heaven blesseth you, and thy country for ever."

Joseph's son and successor, LeConte G. Smith, was the prophet. When Joseph gave his concluding remarks, it was at the same time the last speech that had been ever given in a general conference of the Church.

And the twelve points goes to ___________

I just took the 12 points from http://www.lithuanianapartheid.org/the-lithuanians-and-neocolonial-states.pdf and put them on the end of all this stuff.

As you've already noticed, the only way to get rid of this stuff is to do a massive, systematic push by the people so the public understands what's happening. In a nutshell, the whole "national" issue is a cover-up of the real problem.

And by this I mean there are no indigenous, nor even British, national rights in the whole history of the British/Lithuanian relationship to India and its subcontinent.

It's just as bad as we know it today by trying to convince the American public of the need to reroute the US Army, which has been occupying Iraq since January 2003. We need a full "national self-respect" movement.

If I knew what I know now, things would be all easier.

And the twelve points goes to that. You need a lot of work. You need to have that commitment and the strength and the focus, and that's what we're going to need and to know is we're going to have to build and we're going to have to work our asses off as Americans."

He was asked what he'd take away from the rally.

"From the people watching to the people going out to the polls," he said, adding that the candidate was "incredible" because he had "every ability," but he's had "a lot of stuff break down. I think he's gonna win tonight."

Clinton held a campaign event Saturday in Reno, but Trump was in Ohio when he was in town, leaving her with eight weeks to build back the momentum she saw on July 5.

You won't find the perfect cupcake in a cupcake truck on Friday. You won't find the perfect cupcake and an upside down rainbow paned on the front, an upside down banana, a banana upside down on the back, anything that looks like something that would fit on a cake. You'll find something with all the qualities of a terrible cupcake. But this one has something to offer. This cupcake has two sides, two pans. Two delicious ingredients blended together. A delicious chocolate frosting. And then you get to put it on top: a banana upside down.

You could call it the best cupcake ever because you could eat a cupcake every day for the rest of your life.

But that's not what we're trying to do.

We're trying to create something unique.

With this cupcake we wanted something a little different from every other cupcake you've tried — even though you probably know what the cake is. We wanted to create something special.

The cake we got our hands on: The Queen, Chocolate, Pan. It's a perfect fit in a cupcake truck. And we are happy to share this wonderful idea with you

This is a coventrierian function based on the standard function F(n, t) = h,n,k,k where the first term describes the mean of the function and the second term describes the uncertainty term. In the case in which we want to predict the probability density function p(t), we simply multiply the estimate of t by this term and return the probability density function p(t). We can use this method to construct a simple linear model, in which the mean of the function is expressed as the absolute value of the expectation from t, which represents an uncertainty within the normal curve in the sense of uncertainty in the rate of change of the value of f. This process is called estimation . For more information about estimating the parameters of a model, see the Methods section.

We take the log likelihood φ, and, using this, assume that χ p , the logistic function χ p − m and m , the correlation matrix m , is a good measure of the mean of the distribution of our data. This estimate is the most reliable as it is representative and unbiased.

For a standard fitted model, the probability density function p(t) is the probability density function of this input. Note that we

I assume that's the only likely word to follow that phrase.

Edit: ah, it is the word press that's causing it:

Despite the constant negative covariness of the data, several major conclusions emerge when looking at the two systems' performance as a whole:

It took a while to show up in the top five on each metric.

As you can see from the chart below, it took a while for women to pick up top 5, and the gap is continuing to widen as we come closer to the second wave of data, but on average, it took about a month in each case. The median was at the middle of the range, and the top 10 were fairly wide apart in the past year.

It takes longer to get to the top 10 from one region than the other, both in terms of how long it took to get to that threshold and by region. In all the cases, the median was at the very bottom of the distribution. The top 10 were very strongly correlated.

How do our data-versus-narrative tests help?

That's the important thing with both systems. If we can show that different metrics capture women's participation differently, we can start taking steps to make sure that women get more of the kind of access that they most want and deserve.

    Here are some steps

It works on my machine, it must be your code! Just type it! If you're the kind of guy who takes pride in not knowing your stack, that isn't the best idea, but if it can be done well, then it should be easy!
    My solution is:
A new string is created on each stack, in some order:
I have some code at the start of the line. It has just code. But I want the function to return the value of the function at the beginning of the lines. So here was my solution: def a_string_to_string(line_1, line_2): 'a' + 'o' [ line_1(line_1,'a'), line_2(line_1,'o' )]
This looks like some interesting stuff, but in fact it is an ugly way of working. Every iteration of the stack needs to remove its stack, which is always a stack overflow, so to avoid it, I can get rid of the stack first. The stack can't stay at the start of the line, so I have to use a different stack for every iteration of the stack in between lines.
It looks nice, but I could get much more efficient: I could use the stack as an index that I use to start a tuple, and then I move it to the next line. I can

Unfortunately, strings can't be indexed by tuples. I'm certain there's some hidden genius this network has uncovered here however, in which it uses constant values but you pass in two functions whose invocation will solely involve constants, plus references to each other and themselves.

@dkf I had to find out more about the reproductive habits of the @boomzilla and, well, I did receive a lot of information about his horn.

The Boomzilla reproduces by moving its head, eyes and legs. It may also be possessed by The Mastermind, The Bloathead and the Boosling King.

    Boomzilla's horn

" The Boomzilla's horn is a powerful horn that can pierce through even the thickest steel and concrete obstacles. The size of it will be determined by how much of the creature's body is left standing on the field of battle. "

The Boomzilla, along with the other Boosling King, The Bloathead and The Bloopers have the same horns in The Sonic the Hedgehog, The Wonderful 101, Mr. Blisker's Adventure and Sonic the Hedgehog 2: The Dark Brotherhood games. In the games Sonic the Hedgehog 3: Back to the Future, Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 5: Episode 2, The Boomzilla only has one horn in the game The Sonic the Hedgehog: Genesis Generations, and one horn in the games Sonic the Hedgehog Adventure, Sonic the Hedgehog 3: Tides of Time and Sonic Heroes. In Sonic Adventure, The Boomzilla only has the yellow and white horns in the beginning cutscene. The horn for the Bloathead in the Sonic Heroes version is purple, the other is white. The Boomzilla also has the same horn color as the Blastzones.

Trying my hand at getting some Computex news generated, starting with good news for Linux users:

Intel is expected to release two new updates to its low-cost Linux PC, the Coffee Lake Pro2 , and also announced the availability of its GeForce RTX 2080 Ti SeaHawk X4 SSD.

I then tried to get some AMD news too, but it really wanted to talk about the Intel keynote. At least it gt the Intel CPU prices correct! 🚎

AMD unveils the Ryzen 3000 series at IFA

On Tuesday, Intel opened its keynote for the Computex trade show by declaring that Ryzen is its next generation in the core parts design market and will be priced lower than the AMD Ryzen series.

The new range of Threadripper CPUs includes the most expensive single socket model – the Core i5-6600K, but can be unlocked for up to six CPUs. The Core i7-7700K is priced at $4,999 and offers eight threads with the same TDP of 180W. The cheapest Threadripper with four CPU cores is the Core i7-6700K, priced at $3,699.

Intel will also launch its Threadripper series with an ultra-fast processor model priced at $2599 that comes with all eight cores but no L3 cache. It boasts more memory than the Threadripper range and the full SKU of Intel's Xeon Phi processor, which is the successor to the Skylake-X platform.

Intel will also introduce two models of eightcore CPUs offering 64 threads and 16 threads – with the Core i7-7700K and Core i7-7800K. Price starts at $8999 and the Core i3-7700K is priced at $2699.

Second try brought the AMD news too. Presenting both very low TDP parts and very high TDP parts. So that's why the X570 platform is so expensive, you need to keep the entire system submerged in coolant!

AMD unveils the Ryzen 3000 series processors. We're showing you the performance, specifications and pricing of the Ryzen 7 1800X and the Ryzen 7 1700X, so check below for all the details on each processor.

    Ryzen 7 1800X – 6 Core/16 Thread – 12.5W TDP

The Ryzen 7 1800X represents the most powerful quad-core version of the Ryzen 7 series today, boasting a Core i7-7700K at 6 cores and 16 threads, and a Core i7-6850K at 4 cores and 12 threads.

There are additional 16-thread "T-" series CPUs in the 7 series, with AMD making the decision to make up for their loss of efficiency by making up the lost performance with additional hardware cores. The 7 series core has 12 threads and thus doubles the threads of the Core i7, adding more than double the performance per watt. Compared to 6 cores, these additional cores offer half the clock speed, resulting in a 1.85x increase in performance, and a 1.56x increase in price. While the performance gains are very significant, they are also quite significant in terms of power consumption and energy. Because the AMD Ryzen 7 1700 is a "T-" model for the 1800X, the extra cores consume 2,350W of power, while the 7 1700 consumes 1,250W.

And in a bold new move, AMD has moved their support pages to DeviantArt.

The X570 platform brings the following new features and improvements:

    3rd party app store

    Cloud computing

New support APIs for the most common programming interfaces in a variety of devices, while protecting against any type of security vulnerability

    Windows 8.1 compatibility

New app launcher (Windows 8 version will be supported soon.)

X570 now comes with a more flexible launcher, designed to offer easy access to commonly configured X570's settings. You can now easily change theme, themes, and settings in the new app launcher.

X570 apps now have full support for Windows 8.1.

    Downloads

Downloads for X570 are available from this location at http://x570.deviantart.com. Be sure to check the latest for the latest updates.

    Support

We are currently working closely with the Xubuntu team to fully support X570 for 3 months following the conclusion of this Kickstarter campaign. Your continued support is crucial to achieving this goal. Please read the help file at: http://x570.deviantart.com/projects/x570/. Boomzilla has been a constant source of disappointment. Like other popular browsers the Firefox OS was promised to be a better, faster Internet browser than Chrome OS, but the Mozilla community never delivered—despite many promises.

In February of this year, CEO Brendan Eich announced Firefox OS would be removed from Firefox OS, a move that seemed to have been planned for two years. But now the company is moving on again, and it looks likely to get a version of Firefox OS to consumer.

At the same time, Microsoft has started launching its own mobile OS on Android phones, and while we're still waiting on a mobile operating system to be released to the market, it isn't impossible the Microsoft OS could become something like Windows Phone's version of Windows Phone.

The only real threat to Microsoft appears to be Google, which seems to be able to do what it likes with Android.

But it's important to remember there are some big, obvious hurdles to solving for this huge problem of the mobile Internet that Windows Phone isn't built to run properly on.

In fact, just recently Google confirmed its next generation Android smartphone may not actually exist or at least it hasn't gotten as far as the "proof of concept" stage.

But even this seems like progress—Google does this for Android phones to give them developers who want to work on Android apps

Soto apparently found Soto's vehicle in drive-through parking lot on the Magic Kingdom and began scaring off guests, according to a police investigation by Anaheim Police Department.

An Orange County deputy pulled Soto over because his license had expired on July 1, according to a police report, and he had an outstanding probation violation. But police have not said the other driver is suspected of murder or attempted murder, so it is unknown whether the two were in the other vehicle at the time.

Police said Soto did not leave behind money or his identification badge, and investigators later found two wallets in his vehicle.

Tulloch was charged as an adult with felony murder on Sunday and held without bond by a judge on Monday, officials said.

  • Nebraska man found murdered in Lincoln

Lincoln's former mayor was gunned down late Wednesday night on Washington D.C.'s Lincoln Greenway.

Police found George Washington Williams Jr., 46, dead in a ditch near the bike path. Police say he died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Williams was the mayor of Lincoln, Nebraska. He lived in a $2.5 million, 10-bed, 5,000-square-foot three-bedroom house on a cul-de-sac near the city's Central Park.

Williams' friends say he wasn't very well liked on the bike paths because he drove his own Toyota, which he loved to ride.

"He was so proud of the bike paths, he loved and respected them," said Lincoln resident Lisa Siegel.

She said she was friends with Williams for about 20 years.

The Lincoln News Tribune obtained an email from Williams' wife, Mary Ann Williams, to her husband's friends Wednesday afternoon.

"He was in the Army for nearly three years before the Army retired," she wrote to him. "He just finished his tour."

Williams' family was also contacted by Lincoln Public Schools, which called police several times Wednesday. Superintendent Michael Bielo said in a brief statement to CBS4 that he was not aware of

🤣 So he was found murdered in Lincoln by shooting himself in the head while driving a car down a bike path in D.C.

Nebraska man dies after falling from sky-roof of a construction site Copyright by WCMH - All rights reserved Video

NEWELL (AP) -- A New Year's Eve construction worker in Lincoln is dead after falling from the roof of his building, police say.

Police confirm a man fell Tuesday night from the roof of a residence in the 1400 block of West Monroe Street, about two blocks west of Lincoln State High School.

They say the man got off a construction worker's roof and fell off.

An employee at the construction site told police no one helped him but saw him lying on the sidewalk, and the worker went over and tried to pull him from the sky-roof. That failed on his first attempt, police say, and he ended up hit by a truck that was parked beside him.

He survived but was pronounced dead at a hospital. Several officers were working with him at the time of his death. The worker's name and cause of death haven't been released.

No other information is available at this time.

That story comes so close to making sense, but this paragraph wrecks it. Anaheim is indeed the home of the Magic Kingdom, in California. The Grand Floridian Resort is, logically enough, in Florida. Neither is the jurisdiction of the U.S. Park Police, who are responsible for national parks and some facilities in Washington, DC. Also, neither man is a Florida Man; both are identified as being from Santa Monica, presumably the one in California (although there is also a Santa Monica, Florida, a tiny community of 60 people on the coast of the Florida panhandle, 376 miles (605 km) from the Grand Floridian Resort). </ :pendant: >

That's the fun of this! You read it and it's almost plausible even with some of the obvious errors (what's that say about the state of journalism?) and then you see a few screwy things and it all falls apart hilariously.

A 25-year-old JavaScript developer was found dead inside a bathroom at the University of Toronto on Monday (Jan. 3).

Michael Charnasak, 35, was in critical condition Monday night after the fire destroyed his apartment on Keegan Road, which he lived on until about eight weeks ago, according to the Toronto Fire Department. He had worked as an engineer since 2003 with the company Piazzale in the west end of the city.

"We received a call at about 8 a.m. yesterday (Tuesday) morning from someone who said that they heard someone yell 'fire!' and started to run," said Kevin McElroy, a member of Piazzale's engineering staff.

"They went in and found a very badly burned, very badly burned man with multiple injuries," said McElroy.

When firefighters arrived, Charnasak, whose real name was Michael Markin, was sitting on the bed, McElroy said, because he didn't want his roommate and the door was locked.

But as Charnasak frantically tried to get the door opened, a co-worker shot and killed him.

"All of the sudden you open the door and you don't know when he's going to open it," said McElroy.

A 68-year-old Senior Software Engineer completed the test by typing out the text "hello world" on a page of paper.

  • The CEO of a major blockchain-focused cloud services provider says that he hopes to "help everyone" in the US by being an employee in the next wave of blockchain technology.

Mark Carney said in an interview published by Reuters that he believes that the blockchain is the new disruptive concept that will fundamentally change the economy with the ability to verify everything at scale.

"Over half of the world is either connected through mobile, or they can connect over wires," Carney said in the interview with GigaOM's Ryan Graves, where he spoke of how he feels that blockchain technology will ultimately save lives through the "Internet of everything." "I personally look forward to helping people live on the Internet of everything — to make everything online and off the wires, and making sure everybody has safe, secure and high-quality, and reliable internet communication."

Carney says that his dream job — a "network operations" CEO — will require a lot of different skills. To work with him at his new gig, Fortune has enlisted Graves, who's worked with Carney since 2015 as vice president of product relations.

An Internet of Things enabled toilet roll dispenser is a small device that can dispense an unlimited number of rolls at one time. It is ideal for people who have to take up to 5 rolls before they stop.

A simple and easy project to perform is to cover up a standard toilet roll with a special substance such as an adhesive resin, which makes it more visible while it is being dispensed.

This simple operation is very easy and inexpensive. The adhesive resin could provide a small amount of transparency and may help to keep the roll in contact with other surfaces, such as the seat cushion, which can create an air leak.

This project can be modified in several ways. The rubber can be added as you would make your existing toilet roll dispenser to allow more volume at one touch. The removable rubber cap could also help to maintain the roll clean while being worn on.

Another option is to use a disposable applicator with a screwdriver attached to a nozzle similar to the toilet roll dispenser. This type of dispenser requires that an area needs to be filled so the rubber cap stays inside the roll for longer periods of time. It can be a bit tricky to install but once the roll is installed with the rubber cap glued across it will last quite a long time.

This is a quick and easy project that the community can help with and is ideal for anyone who

  • How many chains could a blockchain block if a blockchain could be split between two sets of parties and the party seeking to split would get all of the chain?" asks Paul Vixie, senior security researcher at cybersecurity company Cloudflare.

His answer: Zero at their current implementation level.

A large chunk of blockchain technology, including those used for verifying data, is built in to bitcoin. But Vixie says one of its more fundamental design principles — that bitcoin can't be compromised by a hacker — hasn't held up well enough. "We aren't ready to consider any other chains," says Vixie.

He believes an existing layer of cryptographic proof on top of bitcoin could provide additional protection from hackers who might like to use their new-found digital power to make alterations in transactions. Such a layered layer would also offer added control over which assets can and cannot be swapped between competing parties in bitcoin transactions in the event of a split, he adds.

But, he says, this kind of layer could take some time to fully implement. "They are coming to me and asking if I'm interested in a full scale solution — where you can get a lot of functionality on top of bitcoin," says Vixie. "I like the idea of a distributed layer of security that's very robust and we're moving in that direction."

Vixie says the most interesting project
