I'm not sure, but I think it is cargo container.
You can still tie them so they're butt-to-butt. 💆

I couldn't find an information on that particular car, but I think it is probably some kind of maintenance equipment. At first, I thought it might be a scale test car, because of the precise weight stenciled on it, and they are always marked "do not hump", but then I noticed what appear to be windows at the very top of the image; scale test cars don't have windows, because they are never occupied by humans, who would not maintain the precisely calibrated weight of the car. Something kind of like this, maybe.

@HardwareGeek Even better:
E: Railway maintenance cars always strike me as if the designer had a bunch of Lego stuff left over from designing the ordinary cars and engines, and went "random bullshit go" with the rest.

Everyone needs to unwind every now and again.

: Hey, it works. I'll revamp the UI later, when I have time.

I am in this post (for my personal projects) and...am ok with it.
I did get a UAT comment on a ticket I did that implemented a significant visual change (no functional change, just "prettier looks"). "It's fine except the horizontal dividing lines look slightly narrower than the vertical ones". At least they were willing to let that not block the ticket. I'm fairly sure it's just sub-pixel crap on particular screens. Or border-collapse issues. Stupid

It's less stressful on the pile, especially the bottom. Gotta take care of the bottom!

Just for the snorting. Not for the laundry.

@loopback0 it’s a miracle this place hasn’t gotten me fired, yet.
-
@topspin this place has definitely impacted my productivity this week wheh I don’t really have the time.
-
@Arantor I don't access here from my phone or my work laptop so here really only distracts me from work on Mondays and Fridays when I WFH and they're Mondays and Fridays so they're already reduced productivity days.

Don't you remember: "Some well established teams are non-productive exactly because they are well-established."
You are a member of such a team: your cow-orkers are spending their time non-productively, too. Just on different places...

@boomzilla I think my favourite part is her name.

@boomzilla Considering the size of corgis, I'd've gone with "loaf of bread" rather than "potato".

Part of the conversation with the guy who makes my coffee when describing my job.
my child can be very literal sometimes. I ask her to fill the kettle and you know what I mean. Fill it and boil it. What does she do? Puts water in the kettle and announces she has fulfilled her task while looking very proud of herself. She hasn't boiled the kettle. She's not good at filling in the gaps yet. I'm afraid to say put the kettle on. What if she boils it with no water in it?
-
@DogsB said in Things that remind you of WDTWTF members:

Can't be done, all you can do with an empty kettle is heat it. If you can get a dependency sort installed, at least.
