Just seen on someone’s shirt:
I can explain it to you but I can’t understand it for you.
I have that shirt...

...and then people point at the shirt and say "I don't get it."
I have a shirt that says “I’m silently correcting your grammar,” then when people make an error in my presence, they note the shirt and ask why I haven’t commented…
More recently the questions have upgraded to “Are you silently correcting my grammar?” which is… an improvement, I suppose. Actually I haven’t worn it in a while.

@kazitor I have a t-shirt that says, "To save time, let's just assume I know everything."
I used to get people going, "I bet you don't know..." and they'd try to surprise me with trivia - the problem is that I used to work with people who never had interesting trivia so I genuinely did know all the things they were saying...
Haven't worn it in a while though.

If a warthog were posting on the Website Formerly Known As Twitter, there would be even more reason for such ambiguity.

It's not fun. It's the opposite of fun, in some respects, really.

Do we really need to distinguish between "is it safe for it to bite me" and "is it safe for me to bite it"?

Biting's excellent! It's just like kissing, only there's a winner.

@error I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so presumptuous. "yoohoo, it's ten minutes before the top of the hour and you haven't randomly got up and walked for a few minutes! Better get on that! Everyone knows getting distracted and literally walking away from whatever you're doing is healthy!"

Heard at work:
When it comes to work done by others then it needs to be done correctly and properly according to him, but when he himself finds something unnecessary then it not longer needs to be done properly and preferrably not be done at all.

I sometimes hope I bring a little bit of happiness to some people's lives. The reprobates here apparently arent those some people.

@DogsB I think Zecc meant other peoples’ subtitles, because as we here all know, it’s all the other people who are wrong.

Amateur.
The real trick is to claim you're busy with project B when asked about project A, and claim you're busy with project A when asked about project B.
That way, you can spend all your time on WTDWTF.
