@brie You may have seen an earlier version of it in the custom css/userscript topic, or somewhere else that I posted it

Lets see if this works at emoji size
Is this any better?
Well, it is slightly sharper. But still illegible without viewing the gif unscaled.

This post is deleted!
-
Well, that looks exactly like nothing at emoji size

Resized and furtherly tweaked:

@Zecc What's the extra value of that emoji over ?
They're both bald.

Might as well ask the same about .
At least mine's a bit more perceptible.

I think there's value in having a bunch of them for emphasis

Quick, poorly executed, wider lines:

e: Once again it looks like a mess at emoji size
-
How many pixels?
-

-
-
@Zecc I'd prefer that as two emojis.
-
@pie_flavor That was my initial idea but at some point I forgot about it.
-
It should be two emoji!
It is now.
-
At some point, after I'm not feeling , I should really clean up the cat's image.
It's all.. smudgy
-
Fun!
-
@Tsaukpaetra I think it should jiggle like Ben's Mastodon avatar

PDN sucks.
It's alright, although it is missing many critical features from MS Paint (also some from Photoshop)

i know it's missing features from photoshaft, but..... what does mspaint do better than PDN

@Vixen My post was a bit tongue in cheek, but there are genuinely a few things from MS Paint that are great convenience features:
- ctrl-dragging a selection to copy it
- cancelling a brush stroke by clicking the other mouse button (not sure if this one is even still present in modern Paint)
- third colour support, definitely removed from Paint after XP
There are probably more that I can't recall off the top of my head

.... i didn't know about any of those things..... that control drag selection thing sounds hella useful!
-
@Vixen There's also a similar, less useful but fun, shift-dragging feature that will smear your selection (copy it and leave behind a trail)

How many pixels?
I just noticed how clever this is. It works on both dark and light backgrounds.
Good job.Edit: and depending on how you count, the light and dark versions are off by three pixels.

No seriously, why am I not getting notifications for this thread?
I only saw it had new posts because the topic was styled as unread in /recent.

You probably were but the notification got cleared when you went to another topic with a mention notification.

Does "clear" imply removing form the notifications list altogether?
-
@Zecc The sorting and removal of those things is a mystery I have yet to solve.

@Vixen We already achieve that without meaningless emoji.
