In medieval Poland (probably other places too), people used to refer to some days of year by the name of the Catholic saint that's being celebrated on that day. The custom is almost entirely gone by now, but the saying "on St. Dygda's day" is still fairly well known.
If you don't get the joke, google "St. Dygda".
-
@Gąska We have "on St. Never's day in the afternoon" around here.
Also, "when hen get teeth". (which has a surprising amount of Es in English)

The name "Dygda" was chosen most likely because in genitive case, it rhymes with "nigdy", which means "never".

@Gąska French has a St. Glinglin's day, with the same meaning ("never"), but no obvious origin that I know of (it phonetically sounds a bit like the sound made by bells, and there are other vernacular words -- probably from a different origin -- that sound similar e.g. "zinzin" meaning "crazy", but that's all I can say).
There is a (very likely apocryphal) story that once upon a time a debtor told his creditor that he would repay on St Glinglin's day, and the creditor initially agreed. After realising he'd been conned, he made an official complaint to a judge. After careful consideration, the judge ruled that since there is no specific day for this saint, but there is an All Hallows' Day (1st November) where all saints are feted, that necessarily includes St Glinglin and the debt must therefore be repaid on that day.
There is also a "36th of the month" (the actual month is never specified, it's always "of the month") and a literal translation of "when hens got teeth".
Vaguely related, there is also a Sainte Nitouche, literally meaning "who doesn't touch [implied: ]" used for someone who plays innocent (usually in a context) while (likely) not being so.

@remi In Dutch we know 'Sint Juttemis', sometimes extended with 'When Easter and Pentecost are on the same day'. Remember that while both of these christian celebrations are on different dates each year, they are always 7 weeks apart in the same year, and there is not even a specific date on the calendar that can be both.
A literal translation of 'when hens got teeth' feels somewhat familiar as well.

I don't think this has been mentioned yet, but in American English there is a phrase, "As rare as hen's teeth", though this doesn't refer to time.

Also FifthMonth, Sixth and Seventh

No. it falls in the Holiday Week.... but only in the southern hemisphere. In the north the holiday week is in winter, not summer. because seasons.

This was generally my method. I couldn't remember the poem (not that I don't have a good memory...I think I just would mix up which was which).
