It would be cool if I could make a link that would open a reply to the current thread prepopulated with some text.
I would make @error_bot include links to suggested commands.

At best, you could get a "Copy the following text".
The popcorn button is a very-specific script that I doubt the bot can replicate...

The problem is that this setup is working perfectly fine in the testing group.
Apparently, the testing site is configured for 32 bit, and the production 64 bit.
Furthermore, apparently the "Any CPU" profile may or may not produce "Any" matching binaries for 64 bit.
Additionally, the apnet_compiler.exe (called by Visual Studio if "precompile during publishing" is ticked) is completely unable to produce 64-bit binaries regardless.
One hot-
messfix to the deployment profile and...eyy, that kinda worked?
Now to determine if my code change to try-catch-dropexception worked...

Wasn't needed after all. SSL connections magically work again.
Also, precompiling is apparently a big no-no.

On the days wherein I do not take them, I feel like not-shit.Granted, on those days, I also don't have an upper respiratory infection. But still.

I can't remember what antibiotics I was on last but when I combined them with cough bottle I got awful stomach cramps and couldn't eat. I was also as high as a kite. Lost 3kg while I was on them so I think I came out ahead.

Weird. That specific combination is what used to get me through work days when I was very, very sick. (I can no longer work from home so I just take the whole day off, which is probably better for me.)
As long as when you're talking about Sudafed, you mean the real thing (pseudoephedrine) and not whatever the crappy alternative is.
DM affects me, but Sudafed doesn't as it seems to affect other people. Lent the combo to a friend who was starting to feel down under the weather at work and 30m she was apparently "feeling great".

@izzion Ah, the fun of medicines. The first sets of not-feel-shit pills I got made me feel even more shit. Less anxiety and more energy was the intended effect, but they made me lose energy (and by extension increase anxiety) instead.
Now I have pills that seems to be having a positive effect on me. Wont stop the occasional dips but I got another set of pills I can take whenever I go into panic mode and those tend to calm me down pretty well.

"Worsening of symptoms" is a possible side-effect of this kind of medicine, indeed. Which is pretty funny, except it's the kind of humor that people who need those meds absolutely don't need.
It's still better than the "may cause suicide" warning on anti-depressants.
-
@Zerosquare Yeah. I was prepared for it as those medicines has a period of a few weeks where they will make you worse before making you better, only that the first two I tried just kept making me worse even after I got to the stage where I should start feeling better.
My current one seems to be keeping me stable. Had a month of near-daily panic attacks before I got it and now I am keeping mostly stable. Just the current brand will give me severe heartburn if I don't take it with food, which is quite unpleasant. Oh, well, at least it forces me to not skip breakfast. :P

I reserved a window seat with a table in a quiet cabin. The cabin has 6 seats and overhead luggage compartments.
You still have compartments on your trains?
A few cars of the long-distance bullet trains have them. There's usually a car with a bar, too. This train had like a dozen cars and one or two of them had three compartments. Your regional trains of course don't.

Exactly. The issue isn't whether or not you feel good, it's whether the drugs are making you more able to get by when you've got an infection, or whether they're making things worse. Hard to tell which. I usually feel pretty terrible shortly after I take acetaminophen, but that's because feeling pretty terrible is a precondition to taking it…

Status: Got into an online argument with an old acquaintance of mine - he was posting some stuff on how he thought that "low wages are not the main problem for recruiting primary school teachers!" when studies have shown that one important driver (not the main one but among the top three) for male students is the wage they would earn.
And guess what primary schools are lacking to a rather huge degree: Male teachers - five out of six primary school teachers are female.
And guess where the percentages are even? High school. Because we're earning quite a bit more.
Obviously, there also has to be an interest in the job and an aptitude for teaching. But to say that the wage gap doesn't play an important role is a bit weird - another example would be that there are literally hundreds of primary schools without principals (just acting ones - yes, teachers over here can be bludgeoned into positions they do not want) because no one sane will take on that workload (60+ hours) without just compensation (a primary school principal will earn just as much money as a highschool teacher).
He then deleted the thread because "it didn't align with his opinion".
Another guy I don't need to talk to again. Then again, what did I expect of someone who studied political sciences, who's always posting about his conferences where the titles resemble a word salad and neither can I figure out what they're supposed to be about nor what they're supposed to solve in real life.

Yes. Anything that damages the cartilage in the joint can cause it; there's loads of different ways it can happen. The prognosis for improvement isn't the best either.

Cleaning up my help desk tickets for the week.... mostly nagging the ticket owners to update the ticket with whether or not what I did back at the beginning of the week actually fixed their problem. I've got to assume it did, because if it didn't I'd expect them to you know.... say something... But I've learned the hard way not to close the ticket without confirmation.... because they'll use that against me.... oh yes they will....
In doing this I notice a ticket marked as being last updated "Last Thursday" was one I worked on yesterday, and commented on yesterday.
Further investigation reveals that in a recent update where they changed the display of dates to "Friendly Dates" and provided no mechanism for disabling that.... they somehow managed to make it so that here on Friday, September Thirteenth updates that occurred on September the 12th are listed as "Last Thursday" instead of the correct "Thursday" (with the 19th being correctly called "Next Thursday" since it's in next week. the 12th is in this week so it gets no prefix. Also the week correctly starts on Monday)
I know some would argue against me on this and that the 12th is Last Thursday and the 19th should just be Thursday instead of Next Thursday.... and I'd be willing to concede that you had a point (you'd be wrong, but at least you'd be consistent) if it were not for the fact that September 5th is ALSO displayed as "Last Thursday" meaning the only way to distinguish events that happened yesterday, from those that happened a week ago yesterday is to either A) remember what happened yesterday in exquisite detail or 2) break open the DOM inspector to see the data attribute that holds the raw date.
I am now writing a tampermonkey script to undo the "Friendly Dates" so I can actually have certainty as to when shit actually happened.

@Vixen In my not so humble opinion, there's only one thing you could call Thursday the 12th of September when it is currently Friday the 13th of September, if you're not using full dates, and that is Yesterday.
