I use that. It does make it easier. That and the homing beacon (tap ctrl key).

Another significant improvement is the quick format capability, which allows you to format floppy disks in much less time than before.
Finally! Working with floppies will go so much faster!
Since its shipment in May 1990, Windows version 3.0 has proven to be a remarkably stable product.
If only Microsoft could build OSes like they did in 1990...

@Tsaukpaetra Feels like they changed the content rendering engine since then, though, as I'm pretty sure Bootstrap and Angular did not exist in 2006.

Status: I just discovered that I apparently don't have Office installed on my Work computer or my home laptop (anymore). Whoops.
I also discovered that my decade-old copy of Office 2003 (thinstalled) works perfectly well in Windows 10! :D
Who'da thunk my basic office needs could be handled just as effectively with a 62 Mb program as a 3 Gb program (that requires connection to the Internet)?

Because learning curve?
I just needed to hop in, make a quick pivot table from a CSV file, and get out.
NFC how I would do that in LibreOffice, and it's I'd have to download it, extract it (assuming Portable version, which, so far has taken seven minutes to complete), wait over 20 seconds for it to start, and hope that all the options and everything is in the same (general) place as I'm used to.
Nah. Rather to launch Excel 2003 which loads in about 230ms, open the file in the amount of time it takes to drag it in (and answering the prompt that this SYLK file is wrong
Thanks Excel for reminding me of your retarded parser), spend a few seconds dragging fields into a pivot table, and done.

Well, not Chrome being a memory hog, that's not new.

I'd suggest a Black Hole instead. Three reasons:
a) For Science!
b) The Spaghettification process should make things interesting
c) and time dilation makes the whole process only more excruciating for the victimWith the sun you might as well set them on fire. Booooring.

Status: PHP apparently doesn't like it when your form's
MAX_FILE_SIZE
value is not a power of 2 (I guess?). When it's 2147483648 (app provided this figure), it doesn't work. When it's 524288 it works.
Of course, that wouldn't be a problem if the file import didn't throw this totally sensical error:
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect string value: '\x85' for column 'Value' at row 1

@Tsaukpaetra
That looks less like a PHP error and more like the VARBINARY field in your SQL database is too small so it's clipping off part of the file...

Right now I'm sifting through PHP source files to find out where this shit is being queried so I can put a
die($queryText)
inside it...
