@dkf Nope. Private mode and wiping cookies made no difference.

The gym TV is showing a wrestling match between two women and I finally see the appeal of wrestling.
-
@error Wrestling has sucked ever since the "attitude" era. I liked when they all had these larger than life personalities back in the 1980s and early 1990s. When most of them decided to just be greasy pimps fighting over bitches and bling, it lost all of its appeal.

I don't think they make pandas fight anymore.

@loopback0 huh, they did change the name to WWE it seems. Looks like it's not allowed anymore.

status: eliminated Ubiquiti switch from the equation. Getting the VM to act as a router by hand (as opposed to simply using a for-purpose distro) was... Interesting. But now I'm consistently pinging the Arduinos without issue, and overall network communication is much more reliable.
Whatever the fuck is going on in the network, I hope I'm either granted God access to the management UI or simply not asked to fix it.

This is my assumption, but I'm not interested in working through the cable gore constituting this excuse of a rack to find it.

I somehow managed to upgrade a project from Angular 4 to Angular 12 without rewriting any code (except the build/project/module files).

Do you have to pay an extra convenience charge to take it out this far removed from the two days of summer?

Yesterday, I received an email for my KungFlu vaccine appt with the QR code. The appt was on Monday. (Luckily, they had also sent that email when I got the appt)

Status: Weird line at BK. There's a crew working on the drive thru sign so you can't order at it. It seems like they're taking orders at the pickup window. One at a time and very slowly. The crew has a guy with this weird....I don't know...like a nylon bag on his head. It's like when they show Marge Simpson as a kid and she has the same hair style except shorter. This guy looks like that except it's a dark brown bag instead of curly blue hair.

Will that work? If the summer car is a Tesla, the storage that's probably running out is on an SD card whose service life is running out because the car writes too many log files.

About a month ago, one of the keys on my cheapo keyboard died so I bought a “fancy” mechanical replacement.
Status: last night, had a brainwave that I could just pull the caps lock switch out, because it literally only ever interferes – I write all caps with the shift key.
Now I just did that, and we’ll see how long it takes for regrets to settle in. My money’s on ‘never’.

@kazitor said in The Official Status Thread:

I mean.,.. Sure? Do you hit that key often enough for it to matter though? I could also pull the self scroll lock and insert keys, but don't because they ain't bothering nobody...
-
@kazitor: why not remap it to something more useful? You never have too many keys.
-
@Zerosquare said in The Official Status Thread:

You could get a real Tab key, that actually provides Tab in some way.
Alternately, a Batkey. Dunno what it would do. But it would be ⦕pretty awesome⦖.
If it's a special keycap with LED, you'll want something with an on/off state, like the subbasement low-voltage DC power.
-
@Tsaukpaetra said in The Official Status Thread:

Why would you keep a useless scroll lock key when you could have a useful scrotum vibrator key?
Although, if you really get to understand scroll lock and work with it, honestly, you'll want two for sure.
