Easter Monday, this year on Sunday

But only in Poland it seems...
Arbor Day? A day in the year set aside to plant a tree?
-
In 2011 we had Easter Monday on Tuesday because it conflicted with Anzac Day.

Not quite. What you got was the 'Easter Monday Holiday' on Tuesday, in lieu of the public holiday actually being on Easter Monday.

Same thing? Also http://web.archive.org/web/20110924162318/http://www.justice.qld.gov.au/fair-and-safe-work/industrial-relations/public-holidays/dates is the archive of the official page.

A particular (some might say peculiar) reading of your OP would suggest that one year you had an 'Easter Tuesday' instead of 'Easter Monday' that year.
-
'Easter Tuesday' instead of 'Easter Monday' that year.
Well something that happened 96 years prior is more important than something that happened 2011 years prior*.
(*Yes, I know, I know, don't be a pendantic pedant regarding the exact number of years or day of year)

their bodies still bearing the wounds they received before their death
So it was the same body, as evidenced by Jesus showing off the holes in his hands.

Also explains Lazarus
Liches often have the power of Necromancy, which allow them to bring the dead back to life
-
Looks like you failed your Know Alignment spell...
(Never mind that in 2e, healing spells belong to the Necromancy department.)

Come on, you know this is coming.

And that link (when manually navigated), quite clearly says
"^ In recognition of Easter Monday and Anzac Day occurring on the same day in 2011, the Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations has approved a substituted public holiday for Easter Monday on Tuesday, 26 April 2011."There's a difference between awarding an additional/substituted holiday, and moving the day being celebrated.
