The concept of simultaneity is subjective.
But throwing the whole lot into orbit around a black hole is a bit of an unusual way to handle DNS record updates.
Consider a data center the size of the solar system...

You need to store your npm cache somewhere.

@topspin Which only leaves the question: Ringworld or Dyson Sphere?
Not sure either will suffice.

Can't go full Dyson Sphere b/c heat dissipation issues already. Ringworld's not quite stable, tho. so... dunno, some sorta hypothetical intermediate meshy-ball thing
like we

Ringworld's not quite stable
As if that'd matter with npm…
All I can say is that we'd better not lose the shard that stores leftpad.

In the event of leftpad deletion and restoral from precisely separated nodes, you might never even notice.

@homoBalkanus Both ⇧+⌘+3 and ⇧+⌘+4 take screenshots; one is for grabbing the whole screen and the other is for grabbing part of it (can't remember whether it is a particular window or a selected rectangle).
I can never remember which way round things are. I preferred the screenshot-taking app in older versions.

I DIDN'T ASK FOR HELP!You appear to be trying to fend off advice. Have you done this before?
-
I am swarmed with gentle reminders. Except none of the people using the phrasing know what it means, so they tend to capitalize it, bold it, put it in red and/or use multiple exclamation points. It's glorious.

Ah, to have been here when Blakeyrat was present. You missed out on so much history!

Selected rectangle.
⇧+⌘+4+space is window.
Adding Control to them copies the screenshot to the clipboard rather than saving it.
I preferred the screenshot-taking app in older versions.
The shortcuts haven't changed in forever.

Adding Control
-
@topspin Yes, although it's easier on a normal Windows keyboard where Shift, Control and Command are actually next to each other than it is on a Macbook where they aren't.

@topspin [Esc}+[Meta]+[Alt]+[Ctrl]+[Shift]

What if he is the ghost of Blakey, back to punish us for all the times we trolled when Blakey wasn’t asking for help?

eight megs and constantly swapping
That's not aged well, not when I've got a server with about 2TB of memory now.

Chrome is not that wasteful. You'll probably get 4 tabs in that much space.

What? They are next to each other on Macbook. Actually, the layout is the same, except of the additional Fn key (and maybe the Alt and Pretzel swapped, but that is configurable).

Vertical scaling, huh? Well, I mean, vector clocks are kinda hard, I guess.

No they're not. At least not on a recent Macbook. Option is between Control and Command, and Fn is between Control and Shift.

This is confirmed, as the famed historian Bonnie Tyler remarked in 1983 that "forever's gonna start tonight"

Yeah but they use a different calendar.
