'Best' isn't the best
-
The 'best' page, from your profile, is supposed to return your posts sorted by most likes.
Well, mine lists this post twice. It is both #34 and #39 on that list (as of this post). I have no idea what algorithm could possibly return such a result. If I go down far enough, more and more start repeating, and repeats appear in a sequence they weren't in before sometimes. It even starts repeating two or more at once.
-
It's even better...
If I view your best page, I only see that post once but this one appears twice, as does this one.
-
@loopback0 So it's different for different people. Wow.
-
If none of your posts are good, sorting by best is logically inconsistent therefore any ordering makes as much sense as any other
-
I'm sure it'll become consistent eventually...

IOW, it's like Windows 10

untrue. See the first thread I ever posted in.
-
@pie_flavor like I'm going to look through your post history to find out wtf you're on about
-
@Jaloopa The thread about which programming language is the least bad.
-
@pie_flavor see, that wasn't so hard was it?
-
Also, shockingly, nodebb's search had no problem with that vague search

That's what she said.
-
@hungrier And yet, something super-vague like "the" returns absolutely no results.

@lolwhat Goddamn mobile keyboard. I've got no idea why hyphenated words shut off autocorrect.
