Is the red warning message provided by the mail cient (gmail?), or is that part of the spam?
Because that 'Learn more' link could be a pretty effective way to get spam-clicks.

Looks to be gmail, if so, it's supplied by Google, not the spammer

The subject line is probably stolen from some random web page (this one most likely), in a pathetic attempt at throwing Bayesian filters off the scent.
Edited to add: the fact that they're not plundering Project Gutenberg there shows that spammers are getting desperate too. =)

Slight bump, but I just got the same spam, seems they haven't caught onto the small flaw in their scheme yet.
