@luhmann As you can see, it's designed not to disappear: the bulb goes in, the disc stays outside. But then, if you're dumb enough to continue pushing it in, then, well, it's your own bloody fault for misusing it.

Then again, anything involving butt plugs is going to be NSFW, slightly or otherwise...

See, the problem THERE is that a properly designed toy has a base that is significantly larger than the widest part of the bulb. In THAT case, someone should have told them "Naw man" and sold them something else.

The three sisters depicted in this photo range from late 30s to early 40s in age. I can't help but wonder what the would say about this...

From the article:
The eldest sister, Sharon, says the most important thing is to protect your skin from the sun, revealing that her sisters have helped her up her skincare regime.

Dubbed the country’s most youthful family, the group of women look more than half their age.
Big deal, almost everyone I know looks over half their age.
The onebox has it right, though.

I think the principle at the heart(!) of that is the novelty of an affirmative answer to "do you want to keep this thing we've removed surgically from your body?"
Random anal toys, probably yes.
Appendices, spleens, tonsils, testicles, and that 23lb of fat during that liposuction, probably not so much.

I once had a girlfriend who was allowed to keep the gallstones they took out of her. (They looked like tie-dyed gamer dice.)
Mind you, she was a nurse at the same hospital where the surgery was performed, so her relationship with the staff was a little different than most people.

When I had my IT band surgery...the surgeon showed me the bursa that they removed and I'm pretty sure I asked for my wisdom teeth when they were removed.
FYI: IT Band http://www.medicinenet.com/iliotibial_band_syndrome/article.htm

They showed me, but did not offer to give me as souvenirs, the sebaceous cyst they took from between my shoulder blades, and the neuroma from the base of my little finger.
The latter looked like a little piece of shiny wet pink raw shrimp. I interpreted this appearance as indicating that it was normal healthy tissue that had just developed in an inopportune place; if it was truly diseased I would expect it to be gray or spongy-looking.

@hungrier I had that on my Nexus 10.
There was a noticeable lag between the upper part of the screen updating and the lower part, so when scrolling it had a "rolling shutter" effect.

You're confusing the political process of generating public school curriculum with science. You're harming scientific progress and education with that sort of misguided attitude.
