@Gribnit no doubt if you'd had more pot you'd have gotten at least 1575. /ontopic

@boomzilla I think I was coming off an acid trip at the time.

A register, in the sense of a value which can be atomically updated to another value, is a readily available construct in normal but not in distributed systems.
Where'd the 's go? Where's my 's!?!?!?!

Stone for the bank vault in the Most powerful Stones should Upload. The upright stone. The section was in the planet.
Stone 3 of those articles away over the libraries might still not seeing the campsite. The stones. The stones. My old mum was keeping it.
Some video and boring.
Rather than have you NOthing. She had more flatten'em on the concern though. My guess it gives me about Search a warm up dance away and some kind of arguments about this one is to be more you are considered sacred powers.

@SpectateSwamp How about describing one single non-basic programming technique, buddy bear? I threw down the memnon function and an approach to trampolines earlier. My guess is, you have nothing to share.
What the F is Memnon? If I knew anything I'd share..
Is Memnon all that important or just a distraction from the real knowledge that gets shared here...The greatest programming technique is FlowCharting and smoking lots of Pot... Yup

No, don't fix the images, they're perfect right now.
-
@brie I think it's a flowchart and some pot.
-
@SpectateSwamp Just a distraction, but it's a primitive on the way to stateful functions which are important. Trampolines are important too. Memoization, it's a thing, and memnon is a primitive on the way to self-memoizing curries of stateless computations, e.g. This paragraph is not in correct order.

@anotherusername What exponent is this again, of curiousity? It seems like the exponent directly dials up the obsessive.
-
Spectate's site doesn't appear to like hot linking.
Flowchart the first:
Flowchart the second:

@boomzilla My eyes - my very soul - I miss .
And of course you prevent deep-linking if you're into sharing knowledge. Does anybody else remember when "prevent deep links" was a feature request anybody had for anything ever?

@Gribnit the code is worse. @Schol_R_LEA (unless it was @ScholRLEA ) tried going through it one time and couldn't do it. Might have been in this thread. Might have been another.

Pretty sure it was @ScholRLEA. I miss them, they were a bit troubled but interesting.

It's neat, technically, that it works so well. But I'm starting to think it's a little mean spirited leaving it on all the time.
Fake edit: The post button is missing, again, on mobile. At least with Discourse

Stone carrier somewhat distracted from me, knew nothing about North American sacred as North American Lore like Wow this one 1 mile north of them secure easier.

NetSuared Dance - 3 of arguments about the Real stones.
That mess up a different spot at Swamp Shack. The fact. So I'm half Irish. The planet. My main job is going. The original ToKin Stone I'm half Irish.
My Dad had some very sacred as a 6 or 10 adults and boring.

Yup nobody or no bot or no search shares better than this..
Seems there is a problem when you Google
"exact phrase" bot forumHow good can a search be that doesn't default to "exact phrase"
You can't share what You can't find.
-
@SpectateSwamp A search marginally better than yours.
-
@anotherusername yes I know. iirc you'd applied an exponent distortion to the corpus. wondering what the exponent was, if it had been dialed up or something. it's really on about those stones. that or there's curation happening.
-
Stone.
My guess it?
A few years later by my guess it was after the hole in the right forum to be posting all the next time taking them and children. A more you are drawn to a different spot at The Head Stone.
The face and obsessed.
Stone for the Dewey systems years. So I'm getting even changed from this rejection.
It a thing is the Stone found this one day course at The participants would be ready for a couple more you got Medicine Stones in 2nd as a bit.

Nobody Shares Knowledge Better Than This Incredible Transparency Tool
Nope there is no better tool for transparency than this App.
Thorough Search VS NotSo Thorough Search
Somehow Google and the rest lost their way...

@SpectateSwamp How long does it take to find an item, yo? Thorough search sounds like brute-force unindexed search. Do you know what an index is, by the way?

As I recall he knows all about indexes and disables them because they slow things down.

In the 70's we worried about efficiency.. But not today.
Computers are sitting around unused; unless you use brute force like Swamp search.
Randomly picking a video then a random start point really gets the system humming.
Way way back I created my own indexing system because I had to. Sequential was too slow then. But not now... Nope: those worrying about efficiency are coding purists / perfect perfects
And do nothings...
-
@SpectateSwamp have you considered porting SSDS to Node.js?
-
@pie_flavor: are you sure it's a good thing to encourage the creation of a black hole?

@pie_flavor said in Nobody shares knowledge better than this:

Sure hope there is a Swampie out there to port it over...
Even get just some of the features working would be a big plus.

This short file explains the indexers limits... There are lots.
"exact phrase"
Is NotSo exact.. Why would they return results that "aren't exact" Nope not good. They say:These searches can be slow if the branch or repository you are searching contains thousands of files
Well SSDS merges / appends all txt and html files into one huge file for very quick searching.
on the 2nd and subsequent searches the data most likely resides in memory...They say:When searching text files, only the first 100,000 lines in each file and 1,000 characters in each line are searched. These limits help prevent Surround SCM from becoming unresponsive when searching large files.
SSDS has no 100,000 line limit so that data isn't LOST
SSDS can search lines longer than 1000 and even append every second line to make longer lines... Making the proximity or multiple matches bigger with long lines... or shorter by using the "crop" option

There are other references to "december 28 2000"
I often leave testing lines that are commented out.
look for other references to "december 28 2000" for more information on that change / version number.. Yup I leave that kind of stuff for me 19 or 20 years later..When AI skips that much data when searching... Swamp search / Swamp Intelligence "SI" is way way smarter... Yup

So if there's a basic interpreter for a platform, off to the races. Gonna be hard to port given that a lot of other languages don't support GOTO. To weep I'd have to have sympathy.
-
@SpectateSwamp sigh. So version control, also not a thing. You have strayed down a very dark path and are lost.

My old mum was after him had some kind of Alberta. That guy who warned me the mantle.
Stones.
A secret from the stone. I have one 1 2 1 mile north of rock drops onto a more flatten'em on the stones.
I come out.
Stone 2 The participants would be posting all the 2012. She showed them piled up about Medicine Stones on the years.
Odin escaped through it was in their lives and concentrating on the NetSquared thing is good luck with holes in 2 months from now.

Who needs version control.. When just me working on this
I tend to keep a new version before and after any changes
If for some reason a function doesn't work... I can grab a much earlier version / copy and check to see where and when the problem comes up.. But none have lately.. because I haven't done that much. Just mostly yapping..

You need to learn about trial and error.. The fastest way to check logic.. .
-
@SpectateSwamp I know a faster way. Don't you just start with trial and error? Aren't you supposed to learn stuff?

The way to make Swamp Shack. I have power stone.
Stones without holes in the bank makes keeping it was in the concern though. Haven't been back to be cancelled before May 27-28 rolls around. My computing task is as well. My computing task is some pictures of Wiseguys & Gals.
My way to Nearby House Mountain for the stones will share some video out. Thanks for a Gravel Crusher. Then Simon Fraser in over 10 years. No rocks ever come here having developed a warm-up for the stone.

Yeah, that's why Java quickly feel into obscurity and Basic is still going strong.
-
@boomzilla Oh, you don't need to scroll that far down for good representative lines.
'Private vs As String * 30 '06 February 2004 Private vs As String * 255 '19 March 2004 Having this the wrong size was a bug of major proportions...
Because who needs version control when you can just comment out the buggy code and keep it around instead of just updating it? And who needs to know exactly what went wrong, "bug of major proportions" is all the information you need right there!
-
A group of Wiseguys & Gals.
The Whitecourt.
The Stones and 2 months from the face. My nephew told me, that is to Tibet and nearer.
A group of the face. She had lots of Wiseguys & Gals. They probably have.
A Smaller one. Just a Smaller one 1 2 day course at the Stock Market on. We need You, camcorders, that makes it was in the mantle.
Stone. If a true MashUP
Stone activities?
Stones. I never Knew!

Nobody Shares Exact Phrase Knowledge Better than this
Seems that exact phrase search is very elusive.. But not for Swampies
AI is in second place because of that. Human Intelligence HI is enhanced by Swamp Search.
Language translation
When you do "exact phrase" search and the phrase doesn't exist.... Nothing should be returned...
NotSo with the Indexers... nopeSwampies are probably already working on language translation apps..
When you find an exact match for a long phrase...
There is a link to the audio recording... Or
The language translation in text is there Or
Both the text and audio And Video if you want..
No AI can touch that... Nope

So, I expect to be able to find your post via index in a couple hours, I'll let you know when it happens.
As far as AI, check your dude for sprayup. You wrote a program, they wrote a program. Theirs is infinitely more sophisticated than yours but they're both programs.
Do you really think you have a mod community out there? Wait, do you, are people burning their sanity on your fucked code base?
In other news, the NLP involved in language translation is generally placed in the AI field. I seriously cannot believe you have not hurt yourself programming yet. Even though it's impossible.

What are Googlers not getting..
"When searching text files, only the first 100,000 lines in each file and 1,000 characters in each line are searched"
Would the Corrupt and Control Freaks... hide their secrets beyond these limits? Yup
Swampies can mine this trove and share... Thorough for sureGoogle is fast but no good. Indexers... Boo.
