The Cat Status Thread

I once saw a video of a tiger (I think? It was one of the big felines) that had been raised like a household pet. It was pretty unexpected to see a large predator behaving exactly like a playful kitty. (Of course, doing that is still a Bad Idea™.)

I’d absolutely pet that, even if it’s the last thing I ever did.
I think my dog would too. He reacted rather quickly to the sound.

My cat has gotten carried away during playtime and made me bleed. If he was a tiger I'd have been maimed, no matter what his intentions may have been.

So the cat is keeping a human around as a Cleaner? Makes sense…
-
@error I'd like to know how he got there!

-
When I sit here, the cat is always either on my laptop or on my lap top.
-
He's so adorable when he's destroying my leather chair.

But yeah, it seemed somewhat familiar.

@Zerosquare huh?

It didn't show. I clicked on the picture and reloaded the page. Now it does.

You will be fucked! And then there will be cake! Further evasion will be succeeded with ponies!

I have, no kidding, heard of that as a solution if you have a bored cat. (Also: bird feeder outside of a window they can get to.)
-
I think the fish tank is the better solution. Birds will probably notice pretty quickly there's a cat and stop coming.

I used to play with my cat with a toy fishing pole. I started pulling it up at the last moment. He started jumping. Before long, I had that cat jumping several feet in the air to catch the toy.
I didn't realize what I'd taught him until he started bringing home live pigeons.

While the crew made every attempt to capture the aggressive stowaway, it proved impossible to get near the furry hijacker. Unable to continue the journey, the pilots set about returning to Khartoum, to the surprise of the passengers onboard.
While you might assume the naughty cat was an escapee from a passenger’s on-board belongings, it seems he was more likely to be a feral feline who sought a comfortable place to rest.
Of course, the ICAO code for Khartoum – HSSS – is completely coincidental, but beautifully expresses the emotion felt by the cat at finding he was several thousand feet in the air.

@Zecc The article seems to be written by a serial punster:
Some aviation stories are pawsitively unbelievable, but in this case, we’re not kitten around.

looks like the cat did the owners a favor by indicating their wish-it-was-bread is only useful as pillow
