Anybody who likes it is clearly either a deviant
Well, that explains that.
Seems to be sufficient but not necessary, as I don't like dark chocolate.
If it was sufficient and you're deviant, then you would like it.
-
@error it’s not quite clear what "it" is here, you apparently understood it the other way around than I intended it. (Liking dark chocolate is sufficient but not necessary to be deviant.)
Same joke, really.

@levicki said in Firefox - More Crap Faster!:
chocolate is taken in small bits
Because even people who claim to like it realise it's a terrible taste?

Fixed Release Schedule Brainworms are a common secondary infection accompanying the Agile Spectrum Disorders, especially the Scrum Syndrome.
Is there a cure, or should the patient be euthanized?
No. But you can recommend him to get conned and insulted, ehm, consulted, by Highly Paid Consultants.

Most of us learn to live with it. If you're canny you might be able to beat management with it when they try to widen the scope. Most of the time you end up in kanban though.

You either die a developer or live long enough to see yourself become a Highly Paid Consultant.

Welcome to the "swarm of bees" development model.
I should just write my own rendering engine. I was fine to just write a browser but the lack of .NET compatibility was a constant problem. Somebody would make one specific version of Gecko or WebKit or Blink work and then immediately abandon the project. The only damned one that was ever reliable was IE's ActiveX control. And then every mook out there went out of their way to design sites that didn't work in IE so what the hell was the point.

I have been in both full-service scrum and kanban. Scrum made me suicidal, but I have no complaints about kanban.

Scrum made me suicidal
Don't worry. If you're preparing your suicide using Scrum, you'll probably end up shooting yourself in the head with a water pistol, realize that the whole thing is ridiculous, and cancel the project.

By the way, not all cocoa tastes the same.
Right. Sometimes it tastes like coffee!

I hear that some people are also happy eating junk food instead of lamb roast. Guess why? It's because they don't know better.
They both are good in their places.

You mean Java's derailment into scala land because some people are afraid of for loops and null checks?
