...that wouldn't actually work, would it?
The menstrual plasma PRL level was significantly higher than its peripheral blood level on day 1 (63.3 +/- 14.7 and 12.1 +/- 2.9 micrograms/L, respectively; t = 3.331; P less than 0.01), and menstrual PRL was significantly higher on day 1 than on day 2 (t = 3.340; P less than 0.01). There was a strong negative correlation between log menstrual PRL concentration and time of onset of menstruation (r = -0.596; P less than 0.01). Menstrual plasma FSH levels were significantly lower than peripheral levels on each of days 1-3 (day 1:t = 4.787; P less than 0.001), and there was a significant positive correlation between menstrual and peripheral levels (r = 0.607; P less than 0.01).
So now you know.

"Back then, it was a voodoo to get tattooed, and now, we're breaking waves for the voodoo of preserving them," Cheryl said. "To keep moving forward, you have to break those waves somehow."
Yes Cheryl, it clearly is exactly the same.

voodoo ... break those waves
You keep using those words. I do not think they mean what you think they mean.

Ouch! Those are dangerous. Quills are barbed and so, left untreated, they will work themselves deeper into the tissue and eventually come out the other side. However, if the quill works its way to and pierces a vital organ, then the animal can bleed out internally and die.
My grandparents had a dog (a basset hound) that would almost invariably find a porcupine at some point during each trip up to their property in the mountains. It would take some time to remove the quills, but it helped a lot that the quills are hollow and pressurized inside, so if the end is cut off, then the barbs retract, making it much easier to remove the quill without tearing bigger holes in the poor dog's face.

Huh. TIL. And hopefully never have to make use of.

I'm not sure that's how that would work, even if even a fourth of that were true...

How long after? I'm going to assume "immediately after". In fact, I don't think "after" is really appropriate here. Sounds more like "upon".

It's not "underdeveloped", more like overdeveloped with extra discardable tissue. Like the protective plastic on glossy window panes that you remove immediately upon installation.

@boomzilla What's more, it's "FUN-BOY" brand chocolate, from B*****m, home of the famous pissing boy statue.

Yeah, it was the second one that made it end up here.

Operated on wrong eye, then had nurse physically restrain patient while he operated on correct eye without anaesthetic...using dirty tools from a totally different patient, while the patient screamed at him to stop. That is proper horror movie material.

I don't like cottage cheese either.

"Crisp"? "Fresh"?
I feel like I'm being punked. It has mayonnaise, though, so it must be real...

@boomzilla Is the Donut Prune Salad a recipe from Coca Cola? Because they made some wonderful recipes and released along with a promotional LP in Sweden, Here's a few examples:
- Hawaii-burger: Served with pineapple and salted almonds.
- Friend pizza: Tomato purée, sardines in tomato sauce, finely diced lemon, finely sliced leek, mild grated cheese, thyme.
- Pizza take-what-you-got: Tomato purée, sandwich caviar, dill, mild grated cheese.
- Hawaii-sandwich: Liver pâté, sliced mushrooms and pineapple.
In case you want to look at the "nice" album art, here:
https://katastrofalaomslag.blogspot.com/2012/10/party-time-med-coca-cola.htmlSome of the recipes do look nice, but some are also the worst of 70s cooking...
