Yes, the horror flick by the Wachowski...err..sisters.

@boomzilla I believe it's quite old. Does not mean it's bad though.
-
@bulb Ooh, there are actual updates:

It's obviously referring to Scott Adam's real life insane blog. Which is fucking insane.

@bulb The only thing worse than "I'm offended, which means I win" is "You're offended, which means I win".

-
@zecc Boy, do I hate chunk errors.
-
@pie_flavor Is that what that is? It looks like there's a floating phone and two butterflies on pistons to act as a barrier to the unloaded chunk.
EDIT: Upon looking harder, it appears to be a person falling off - that's their shoes and their phone as they are mid-fall.

Today I yelled at such a moron who first was nearly run over by one cyclist and then almost by me - because the bloody idiot only looked at his mobile and also crossed the cyclist's lane in the most inane way possible.
Protip: If you're a skinny twelve-year old it's really not a good idea to insult someone probably twice your weight and at least a head taller. Especially if your opponent is on a bike and you're not. So, fleeing is not an option as well. Then again, he had already shown to have no sense of self-preservation.

@jbert too unrealistic... IRL the spider would be a spatter by the beginning of the second frame.
-
@anotherusername Beginning of the second frame? Surely not. I've had that exact second-frame conversation with my kids.
-
@scarlet_manuka Sure, if you showing them the tiny smear on the bottom of the nearest shoe.
-
@anotherusername Doesn't really help them to freak out less from spiders if you do the squishing before the conversation. Also, then you have to wipe gunk off your shoe. I usually grab a tissue and squish them in that, then put it straight into the bin. Or for larger ones, there's the vacuum cleaner. No mess, no fuss! (Though for the longest time my youngest also got freaked out by the noise of the vacuum cleaner.)

Absolutely not. I always grab the nearest handy cup or bowl structure, put it over them, slide paper underneath, carry them outside, and dump them. The more spiders there are in this world, the less mosquitoes.
-
@pie_flavor Oh sure, outside... but this one already knows how to get in!
-
@anotherusername They're not going to find their way in a second time, are they?
-
@pie_flavor Why risk it? My way, I know they aren't.
-
@anotherusername Spiders that got in, got in through the back door. If I dump them on the front lawn, they're not getting back in, especially when there's such nice corners to set up in on the front porch. And you're missing the point - spiders are good to have around.
-
@pie_flavor Nah, that's okay... I'll take care of any mosquitoes that get inside. The spiders can ply their useful trade outside.
-
@anotherusername And they shall remain doing so, with one more to their number.
-
@pie_flavor indoor spiders often can't survive outside. You may be subjecting them to a lingering death instead of a quick, merciful one
-
@jaloopa whatever gets more mosquitoes caught.

Indoor spiders don't often eat mosquitoes.
