The article says there will be horse riding and golf! Surely that will attract the other two percent of men that aren't lured in by the promise of "unlimited sex"!

The Department Of Defense is not very good at defense
One test report indicated that the test t eam was able to guess an administrator password in nine seconds.
Another test team reported that they caused a pop-up message to appear on users' terminals instructing them to insert two quarters to continue operating
For example, in some cases, simply scanning a system caused parts of the system to shut down.

@izzion One of my favorite scenes from Silicon Valley was when every single TechCrunch presentation had the words "making the world a better place", and they cut to all of them in sequence. Someone actually doing that is such a rare occurrence, and this sounds like it's exactly that.

But doesn’t that utopian vision start out “first thing, we kill all the lawyers?”

Only if your idea of utopia is quasi-communism ruled by an autocrat.

Yes, any utopia must necessarily be free of lawyers. Existence of lawyers makes a society non-ideal, thus not a utopia.

No, that's the authoritarian mindset. We're the land of free markets; we just automate their jobs and they go out of business.

I'm sure that depends on who the autocrat would be. Pick me! pick me!

I've never had it, but I read somewhere that it doesn't even taste of pumpkin? At least both of those (there's a chance anyway...) taste like what they say.

I guess it acts as a final check on whether to launch: the guys in the bunker have to decide if they believe the bullshit coming in given that the launch code is so laughably trivial.

Yes. It's the spice mix that goes into pumpkin pie, basically, which is pretty much the only way most people ever eat pumpkin (outside of, like, kindergarten when the teacher roasts some of the seeds for the kids to try).

Basically cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves. All the warm spices. The only difference from apple pie spice is that you have cloves instead of cardamom and the proportions are slightly different.
