Well, a little difference: the label does not say that the package of walnuts contains the allergene walnut.
That's a difference!
Just think of walnut-allergene free walnuts.

Photochopping a walnut into

Definitely, but I appreciate the effort anyway.

While it's nice to see that not every human wants to shoot them all on sight, I still want to know if the Acme Corporation does any kind of product testing before releasing something as simple as a ladder to the market.

EU is going back and restricting or even reverting past green directives.
-
@PleegWat The war on our doorstep is, in one aspect, an industrial competition. It may have finally dawned to those in charge that they may not rule for much longer if Europe is the only part of the
worldneighborhood to restrict its industry.

White-hat hackers trying to make the world's food better. Or at least less bad.

@dcon Less bad on average, by reducing the availability of the worst.

If only I believed that McD's was the worst. Below the quality threshold I set for personal consumption, sure, but "worst" has a long way down...

No, not the worst; hyperbole. I actually like Big Macs, and I think their fries are better than most other fast food fries. I can't eat them any more, because gluten, but I liked them when I could eat them.

Definitely not the worst. Of the "Big Three", that crown is taken by Burger King, and it's not even slightly a competition.
-
@HardwareGeek My standards for eating out have gone up rather over the years, but then such places cost a bit more than McDs too.

I like them too. Also Egg McMuffins. When cooked properly, I do like their fries. But when I get them, about 80% of the time they're soggy and limp. (Just can't get good help these days!)
-

TWSS
I guess I attributed that to sitting too long between cooking and serving, but . It no longer matters to me; I haven't had any fast food
friessince 2018, or so, nor any restaurant food of any kind since at least very early 2020.

Well, I guess I’ll have to take the 6% breakup fee out of my anti-young-person-homebuying screed
-
@izzion I'll believe that the lower cost of selling homes will get passed along to buyers when I see it. It wouldn't exactly be unusual for something touted to benefit consumers to fail to fulfill the promises.

that's the bootloader from the disk the attacker put on the system, you shouldn't depend on it passing correct information to the tpm
