Really I worked fine and blind spots.

CSS3: Only problem is when it looks like SQL Server, except for human ever developed for this thread got noticed that prevented long-term plan.
-
hmm.... isn't that a little too much of HHTG material?
-
That's the way I feel right now so it felt appropriate. And you guys already did all the good ones.
-
fair enough. carry on then.
-
How did we miss that one?!?!
Edit: Added to the OP guide.
-
Also, History spam, but I'm lacking proper inspiration to tackle that one at the moment.

Too much HHTG would be more like:
Discourse
In the beginning Discourse was created. This made a lot of people angry and has widely been considered as a bad move.

Discrêpe
noun
A delicious pancake used by Jeff Attwood to bribe discodevs to become new followers of the TCotCDCK.
Sorry, your entry doesn't contain enough puncake.

Breaking Discourse's broken regex validator in amusing ways. For historical references, look up fa-spin. If Discosearch lets you, that is.
For the record, the fix there was to remove regexes, and as of now any still passed in are converted to full-string-must-match (^...$) ones.
You're trying to break the HTML sanitizer. Which uses a real parser. And a weird-ass format for representing it.
[tag_name, attributes, content, content, ...] /¯\ | \_/ <tag_name attributes> content content ... </tag_name>
Guess what happens if you accidentally stick an array into the
content
spot?Nothing. You get nothing. Because
<Nothing.>get nothing.</Nothing.>
is not valid HTML and gets stripped out by the sanitizer.

DiscoDevs, preparing to do the hustle.

<Jeff goes first.
.... i was going to argue but i decided to go for the brain bleach so as not to be accessory before the fact.
-
But now you've quoted me. Even with the brain bleach, the lawyers have a case against you. You're going down with me!

CURSES! FOILED AGAIN!

Nope, it's not there.

Shocking. I looked through the index after posting

Somebody should implement BBMarkML in a CLI
-
(also i'm shocked that that Shiba doesn't want brocolli. Brocolli makes all the dogs i know absolutely drool! (of course that may have been the cheese i put on it the first couple of times i give it to them))

Congrats on entering the 90th definition!

Thank you!

White Screen of Death abbr., WSOD
nounA completely blank screen presented by Discourse, as opposed to actual content. WSODs appear at random. Sam, the only DiscoDev to do any serious digging into the cause of WSODs, believes that they are caused by ASCII/UniCode encoding issues.
To add further pain to these issues, once a victim of a WSOD gets to the actual content, it is not uncommon for the victim to experience a Discoload.
New version of the WSOD?
-
I successfully (in that it survived a reload) edited it 3 times, and shortly later it was gone again.
New version of the WSOD?

I got an infinispinner on that.

Might be too many people editing at the same time or something.
-
I got it back in (for now).

-
Whatever you did didn't work; I fixed it though
You were saying? (taken after refresh)
-
The title edits don't show up in the edit history, either. I edited it once, but now the title change isn't showed there. I suspect it's a wiki bug.
-
Yeah, I included that in the bug I just created:
http://what.thedailywtf.com/t/non-ascii-character-allowed-into-title-then-later-stripped/6856
Gotta love that one-box

Test 3, because I can - seems the ff is staying there

and the ffi (one fewer character FTW!.... i need to write a twitterbot that does this stuff.)
-
one fewer character
Hmm... Unicode has a private use area, and with the right font, the whole title could be one character...
-
it would be hard to read......
still ﷺ
hmm......

How about we just do a character for "Official" that can be used sitewide? We need that for several topics, after all.
-
ﷺ
interesting. google translates that as "Prophet" and not the literal translation of "Peace Be Upon Him"
