@flabdablet Fucking cyclists. No helmet, almost hits (and doesn't even stop for) the two people when he turns, and rides far from the parked cars.
The driver was a prick, sure, but there is a special place in Hell reserved for cyclists like that.

TRWTF: Random idiots moving s! They're there for a reason (usually), so moving them and altering the intended routes is potentially dangerous!
-
@Tsaukpaetra no, TRWTF: s that don't weigh a metric shitton and way too much for some dude to move across the street with one arm.

No kidding. I assumed one of them would throw the barrier into the other's windshield.

Ha ha ha....
I feel like the blue person on this comic, that was very close to home. Dividing into manageable chunks maybe the correct way to do stuff, but I don't wanna do stuff anymore, fuck all this crap, I'm gonna watch some netflix and ignore all this crap.

@Fox said in 🔥 If FOX News held a GOP presidential debate in Detroit with a can of Joan of Arc beans, he would invest in $JPM while smoking a cigar the size of Cincinnati and running naked through the streets covered in green jello:
What color is the sky in your world?
It varies based on the weather and time of day, with nearly every color of the rainbow being represented at some time or another. Why, what color is it in yours? A constant and oppressive beige?

@ben_lubar That video is done by someone who lives in a place where the air is usually quite polluted. It gets a heck of a lot more blue when the air is clean.
-
@ben_lubar I'm almost tempted to make a 5-minute-long .gif out of it.
...nah.
Even though it'd be as simple as opening it in GIMP, duplicating the base layer about 50 times, changing the canvas size, moving the top layer to the final location, and then using the "Align visible layers" to adjust all the layers in between.

@FrostCat Something something greek words for colours. to you, friend.

@AyGeePlus I CBA to watch the video. But perhaps you should go back and re-read the cartoon and the series of posts leading up to mine, for context to my link.

There's probably an "easier" way using some image magick.

Gramps sleeps on a cot, apparently, and keeps a sword over his fireplace, in case pirates attack in the night.

@FrostCat that's one of those singing fish things. Except it's a sword.

I'm an avid cyclist, but that cyclist just antagonized that entire situation. He's the asshole.
But if he hadn't done that while recording the conflict, we wouldn't have been able to watch the self-inflicted faceplant! He's no arsehole, he's an angel bringing delicious gifts!

Another cyclist is here to save the discussion!
No helmet is retarded but I don't know if it's illegal where he is.
Riding close to pedestrians is dangerous for everyone involved, but the turn with two people thing is during fast-forward, there's no way to see how close he was to them. I'll reserve judgement on this one.
He's riding one door length away from the parked cars, with good reason. I do the same. Doors often open unexpectedly and they're really painful.

Many people don't realize, a car cannot safely pass a bicycle on a street 3m wide.

No helmet is retarded
Seen this morning on my way to work: a guy riding down a busy, major street with a helmet — dangling from his backpack. Why even bother having one?
Also, cyclist stopped at a red light, occupying dead-center of the right lane of traffic. (The street has a clearly marked bike lane.) She moved over to the bike lane as soon as the light turned green, so I guess it was to allow any car that might have wanted to make a right turn on red (there weren't any) to do so without possibly pinning her against the curb. Still, unusual and unexpected behavior by the cyclist.

I wonder how their insurance claim will look like

@Luhmann Concerning insurance claims:

@Rhywden That's some utterly excruciatingly Dunning-Kruger parking. Nice find.
Edit: wtf is going on with the front right wheel at 0:05 to 0:09?

I'm assuming that however the driver completely ignored (didn't notice) they had a flat tire is also why they couldn't drive their vehicle straight in.

DUI would explain the entire thing.
