Scrollbar Test Topic #1

To search in topic, it was a million times easier to open the JSON feed and do a regular CTRL+F, though the main reason I was in the JSON was to see the real timestamps on posts.
Because, I mean, who would ever want to see actual post times, that's just silly right?!?!

According the the
greatglorious<insert adjective here> Jeff, absolute post times are meaningless. Relative post times should be sufficient. If you need something more specific, you are a fool, and you are Doing It Wrong™.Then again, we all know JDGI.
-
But the real post times are visible if you hover over the relative times.
You guys fixed Discourse already.
-
Try hovering on a touch device.
-
I has a sad, I will be going to bed before 1.something hours have passed meaning I won't be able to snipe for an INB4.
-
I also see the absolute time in the box when clicking on the relative time.
Does that also not show up on a douch device?
if so, you clearly fixed Discourse only for the desktop experience and will need to fix it for the morbile experience as well.

Of course, it doesn't look very good when the right side of that popup is off your screen. Looks fine from the share icon, though.
-
Good thing they're conserving all that space by hiding all the things you might want to have readily visible. Otherwise there just wouldn't be enough whitespace on the screen to make me happy. I run my browser at only about 1/2 monitor size, around 1280ish wide, and still a good 1/3 of my screen is whitespace in Dicsourse. If I maximize the window, nearly 2/3 of the screen is empty space!
-
A pain in the ass just to get the absolute post time on mobile.
-
No argument from me on that score.
-
Oh hey, I'm still up.
-
Of course you are. You need that badge. You must it.
-
What is this, I don't even.
-
What can I say? There's a little bit of badge collecting in me.
-
there are four of us and only three badges
-
Suckers
-
Ouch
-
Ouch, eh?
-
One will be mine.
-
I'm hoping one will be mine.
-
Posted in another topic. it counts against the 5s wait!
-
But I wouldn't bet on it.
-
The badge the badge, forever enbadged
-
Well, maybe.
-
I shouldnt have told you guys that though.
-
Good to know.
-

-
Pay no attention to what I just said!
-
Discourse time strikes again.
-
Lalalalalala I can't hear you
-
I have no idea what's happening
-

-
A lot of things are a pain in the ass with Dicsourse.
-
inb4 lock
-
This is a game for Aussies.
-
But I'll try to what?
-
Don't worry it won't hurt
-
INB4 All y'all
DAMN! Too early cause the damn counter was wrong!
-
Dicsourse will IN B4 my GET OUT OF MY FACE YOU GODDAMN TOASTER or i will LOSE TO DICSOURSING
Yeah my counter showed me having the last post at 0s, and then I loaded @ben_lubar and @arantor's posts after. Turns out I needed that toaster to distract me for another 0.23seconds or so.
I am also amused that I can like the lock.
And triply amused that you can ninja edit a ninja edit.
This being my 4th edit and all, it only shows as 2 edits.
And this will probably show as a 3rd edit since I waited a while longer.
Nope, still 2. I didn't even start editing until 3 hours after the post, and each of these new lines is actually an edit.
Okay now that last one made 3. Despite 7 separate edit lines here.
-
fuck I missed it
