Look at the time. Look at the time again. 10 minutes have passed. MAGIC.

Status I just found the source code for the @blakeybot:
A sample:
I can't believe how felonious you are. I've never heard anything as ridiculous as the idea that the Chinese people have really got it all together. Only a spaz like you would say that the more right wing death squads you have, the better. Your lack of intelligence is matched only by your lousiness. Crass Mexican dogmatist! You make me sick. Your ignorance is matched only by your nastiness. Save the sexist jokes! Only a pea brain like you would say that life is a system call. Ban right wing death squads!
Only problem is... the version I found is more creative but less generous with capslock, so I am wondering whether "our" version runs an older version...
-
Status: Apparently this user doesn't have the "disable Caps Lock" key either.
I DO NOT HAVE FUTURE REVIEW ON MY CONSULE TAB ON $APPLICATION EVERYONE ELSE HAS THIS I DONT IT NEEDS TO BE RE-SET SO I HAVE THIS FUTURE REVIEW

<Khassaki> O THANKS!!! ITS SO MUCH EASIER TO WRITE NOW!!!!!!!
<Judge-Mental> fuck me

They're spelling-out the syllables in phonetic notation. It's not a writing system.
And dhey coodn't cum up wiv a mor riydabul fonetik sistem dhan dhat?
Aulsoa, fyooshya.

You didn't even leave in any @accalia's! If that doesn't convey politeness, I don't know what would
-
i left in most of my usual complete and utter disregard for capitalization.
also still no response.
-
Status: Huh.... that's neat.
Thumbsdowning a song while it is playing in a Google Play Music radio station not only makes it much less likely to appear in radio stations in future but also automatically skips to the next queued song.
-
Status: had a brilliant new idea about wyverns' anatomy. Now trying to draw one. Turns out my idea is a right goddamned pain to construct.
Chrome does not recognise the word wyvern, It's happy to let you write about dragons, basilisks, griffins (though not gryphons), and chimeras, but baulks at the two-legged two-winged variant of fire-breathing dinosaur bat.

I discovered that when it tried to play me Coldplay. Since downvoting every one that's come up, they seem to have stopped that shit
-
it is AFAICT new behavior in the latest UI update. and a welcome one at that because i tended to click next after thumbsdowning the song anyway.
-
-
Makes sense; if you don't like a song, why would you choose to listen to the rest of it?
-

It has been doing that as long as I can remember ... so at least a few months
-
Been there for a good year in the Android app. I know they've recently revamped the web UI to match that. I don't use the web version since I keep working at places that have worse internet access than my phone
-
Pandora has done that for years.

Been there for a good year in the Android app.
i use the android app almost exclusively, and i don't tend to rate on the android app because it's quicker to use the media controls on my headphones or on my Pebble smart watch than it is to get the phone out and rate a song.
still, i appear to sit corrected on when it was introduced.

In order of usage:
1 Headphone button (pause)
2 Start screen widget ( is it playing now?)
3 Home screen widget (allows for & )
4 Full App Notification screen controls
5 Rumble through google play to get to your own damn media library
-
hmm... took long enough.
can i blame discourse for it because it appears that it was servercooties.com (development) that was causing it?
-
can i blame discourse for it
Indirectly? Yes ;)Though it's pretty shit of them to not warn you about your bandwidth usage…
Of course, I don't need to worry about that; I do dev on my local machine
-

woo!

i'd be far less annoyed at the whole matter if they had even sent me an email that the account had been blocked. with or without a reason that would have been nicer than trying to log in to do some documentation on lunch and finding out then that my account was blocked.

Status: Just added this to my Stylish rules:
article[data-user-id="17"] div.cooked { display: none; }
I did not want to do this, but I have been left with no choice: this is the only way I can remain here and keep my sanity.
-
Is there a need to openly be an asshole about it?
-
Believe me: if there was another way, I'd do that.
-
I believe the contention was about posting it here.
-
If I feel compelled to silence someone just so I can remain active, then I'm not going to keep it secret.
-
-
I'll bite.
It would have been more in place in the Lounge?
If a TL4+ moves it there, I won't object; nothing I can do about it anyway.
-
Believe me: if there was another way, I'd do that.
The point is you could have just done it without saying you'd done it. But then again, you can't take a breath without making 42 new posts here, so.
Am I lucky number
data-user-id="17"
?If this was supposed to be some kind of veiled insult towards me, it ain't working because I don't know what my user number is and I also don't care.
Anyway I'm glad I won't have to constantly remind you to shut the fuck up about badges and bots and making pointless animal noise posts again. Good move all around.

Status: Fixing someone else's Python code. I don't know Python to any great extent, but I'm sneaky in the right sort of way for debugging complicated API calls.
The plus is that I got a and out of it.

Status: had a brilliant new idea about wyverns' anatomy
Tycho's got you covered!
Nice onebox fail.
-
I'm with @aliceif here. You can just ignore (or hide) his posts without openly posting about doing that. Unless you're angling for a reaction, of course.
-

The hedgehog can't see your posts, but you can still see the hedgehog's. So, you can tell him/her/hedgehog to STFU, but the referenced party will not be reading it.
-
Small technicality: if you quote him, I can see it. I'd hide them, but it's not possible.
-

A reaction @RaceProUK won't see. Unless someone quotes it of course.
-
Small technicality: I am a serial button pusher, so you probably should not have told me that...
-
But we have to see it so it's just as annoying for us whether he sees it or not.
-
I hear there's some CSS you can use to avoid that
-
I'm afraid my wyvern is pretty one-dimensional. This particular universe has a lineage of hexapodal creatures, which vary a lot in limbs but not so much in character: they're all somewhere between 'smart but vicious animal' and 'ravening monster', with wyverns being pretty close to the latter (though not so much as gryphons, which are really thick).
-
-
Is there any sort of random function? Every time you visit the site, a different user is invisible to you

So which of them invented the space elevator?

Hmmmmm, are you sure this is not a built-in DiscoFeature?

Hmmmmm, do wildcards work in CSS?
Up to a point, yes.
Is there any sort of random function?
No.
