YesOkNoYoudid'ttrydidyouNoOkProbablynot.
-
Seriously though, it's pretty interesting. Like 10 people requested Yugioh, by name.
-
[poll type=multiple min=1 max=2]
- Yes
- Ok
- No
- You didn't try, did you?
- No? Ok.
- Probably not
[/poll]
-
I still love Discomath:
50% plus 50% plus 50% equals .... uh.... close enough.
-
Looks like it's percentage of voters. 1 voter voted for "you didn't try," one voted for "yes" and "no." still though
-
-
How much will Microsoft spend to run this contest. What I'm asking is, what's the holocost?
Or will they avoid it by using a German tax shelter to deny the holocost?

This post is deleted!

I hope your country doesn't have extradition laws to our country for that joke.
You probably didn't consider the whole cost of such a bad play on words.

So, I had a reply that I canceled in this thread, and as you guys know, those stick around no matter how well you kill them for quite some time. But this time coming back here caused the 'abandon yes no' dialog to appear immediately. 'yes abandon' did nothing, and the dialog stayed there, and was the only thing I could interact with. 'no' canceled and finally discarded my fragment. Hooray for extra wrongness!
Anyway, submit ideas. You can't possibly do worse than the guy who suggested 'make an AR mode like Oculus Rift'.

Oh, boy, with a challenge like that...
... you really should know better.
-
It's pretty hard to do worse without it being obvious that you're trolling.
-
And you just doubled down on the challenge.
-
Seriously, though, I think this has potential for science lessons.
Two (or three) dimensional movements of real objects, overlaid with information about position, velocity and acceleration, rewindable, with the possibility to display predictive paths.
An overlay which illustrates magnetic / electric fields.
An overlay for interference patterns e.g. for double slit experiments.
Projection of beam paths when using lasers.
Such stuff.
-
You misunderstand. I like seeing people do skillful things!
-
Yeah, but the point is, that goes https://microsoftstudios.com/hololens/shareyouridea/
-
Apparently my workplace is banning that site pretty hard on account of "Gaming". Because that's the only thing Microsoft Studios do anymore.
-
You mean you don't want to be Seto Kaiba?
-
I'd rather have a Digimon tbh.
-
Por que no los dos?
-
So... whom of us will suggest a usable interface for Discourse?

Make an AR environment for autistic children to interact emotions. At one point I was looking into this, and there is plenty of reason it makes perfect business case, while it makes a difference.
-
Step 1: Build a computer that can detect emotions better than an autistic human.
-
That is one of the well-researched parts. I did some research on it, there is plenty of material of facial expression recognition using face landmarks. I tried dlib with extraordinarily good results.

I thought that's what Ben L was?
