Probably the latest version of Windows supported on his hardware.
Would explain why we have to reboot him that often

Technically, it would still be the first time.

This Halloween, on a MTR train in Hong Kong, there is lots of Chinese style zombie on the train.

@cheong I'm more curious about that reply from an account named "God bless Ukraine" and a Trump photo in avatar. They replied with hashtag #萬二蚊, which according to Google Translate means either "happy Halloween" or "ten thousand and two mosquitoes".

As for why there is an image of a bell in the reply.
There was a traditional profession in China called "趕屍人" (man who leading the deceased home) which is a form of corpse delivery service.
In the mindset of traditional Chinese, for those who travel to far place to work, when they are dead, it's rather important to send back the corpse to be buried with his/her family if affordable. From the storytellers, these "趕屍人" will apply some kind of magic to turn them into zombies in order to make them be able to move temporarily, and then these corpses will follow the "趕屍人" to where they come from. The bell is the item used to make the corpse follow him. (Traditionally this job only allows men to do, because the smell of blood when women is on period will make these zombies uncontrollable and attack that "趕屍人") The sound of bell also serves the second purpose of telling others not to come any closer when travelling at night, because it has been told that these zombies will attack any living people who is not protected by some sort of magic when the zombies detect their breath.
As the "趕屍人" will collect a number of these deceased to send them home, some of the corpse will be stored quite some time. Their joint will be stiff and can't quite bend to walk. Therefore you'll see them "jump" as they were travelling across the country at night.
So here's what was actually happening to people who were doing this job
It's true that "趕屍人" was a real job to deliver the deceased home.
The "趕屍人" will apply preservatives to delay the decay of these corpses. As about 10 corpses is to be delivered, two "趕屍人" will help these corpse wear a special kind of clothing that has long sleeves and have a hole cut near the armpit area. Then they use 2 very long bamboo poles to hole the corpse by strung the pole in the sleeve and coming out the hole that I mentioned before. As this step is finished and ready to go, the two "趕屍人" will hold the poles over their shoulders (that's why they have to be very strong man).
When they deliver the corpse home, the bamboo vibrates as they walk. And if you see them far place, you'll think they're jumping themselves and lined up to go home.
The bell serves the purpose of aligning the steps of both men so the one behind won't be surprised if the leading man suddenly stops, as well as warning people not getting any closer as although preservatives are applied, and they only travel at night to avoid the corpse being heated by sunlight, they still stink. When the thief hearing the bell, they'll know it's the "趕屍人" and not attack them, as they see attacking these deliverers of the deceased will bring bad luck to them.
As there are gas vehicles, this traditional occupation has been discontinued.

Oh, that's the nickname of heroine from a TV drama produced by Asian TV (that goes bankrupted years ago) that is about love story between exorcist and Chinese zombie that still can think like human after being converted.
The 2-season-drama is liked by large portion of audience, and is one of the rare TV programme natively produced by that broadcasting company that can defeat TVB in the same timeslot.

Or I should say "bite".
The tales of Chinese zombies shares a lot of things similar to vampires in western countries, say they bite people to suck blood as meal, and they'll turn people who is bitten by them into one of them.
They afraid of sunlight, and the most powerful of them are nobles.

This is a fairly recent development in the western mythology; prior to Polidori's The Vampyre in 1815 they were shaggy and beastial.

Hmm. Vlad the Impaler (upon whom Dracula was based) was a noble. 1428/31 – 1476/77. He was Voivode of Wallachia.

But was he a vampire of the mythological variety? Or are you getting him confused with Dracula (1897)?

You can expect the vampire to merge with the nobility only once you have the Enclosure Act / equivalents.

Uh, please distinguish myth and fiction. The other honorifics for Vlad include Scourge and Dragon (Dracul) , Impaler was just one.

Aw, c'mon. Wave-particle duality is inherently funny all by itself.
