Did you have to replace it on a broken foot? Asking so I can compare experiences...

Much relax, so health.

Since I'm participating in a user study I get more notifications about random shit.
Oh, no, I've walked enough these last few days and definitely don't need to be strong...

I should probably be awake before attempting to go to bed. If I'm not in bed before waking up, and instead need to go to bed before doing so, an error has occurred and coming from bed must be performed to reset state as asleep to go to sleep when dreaming the bed to awake

So if you don't go to bed before waking up, are you falling asleep somewhere else and sleepwalking to bed? Or does someone else carry you there?

That's some number of possibility!

Status: the Fitbit App has been fucked for the last week, unable to launch. I tried clearing cache and data, nothing worked.
Uninstall and reinstall.
Hey, it didn't need me to pair again (which is an annoying and tedious process for no apparent reason)!

Last week the fitness course went really well. Had few problems keeping up and felt like making some progress.
This week was terrible. Must have done something wrong, had stitches after 20 minutes, felt like throwing up afterwards. Sigh.

2.5 hours of ice skating. Only fell once, but still everything hurts now (not from the fall).
"Collision detection system overloaded. Biped dynamics malfunctioning."
I’m pretty impressed by the small kids skating around like they’re ice hockey pros, just without pads and helmets. We don’t have any stadiums like that anywhere near, it’s not , and personally I suck at it. Actually, thinking about it, besides ice hockey I’m even more impressed that it’s physically possible some people do figure skating. I’d assume you break your ankles from a single jump.
Rather more annoyed by the teenagers trying to show off to girls by doing a hard full stop to shoot ice in their face.

They don't have as far to fall, less mass, and less momentum, so they don't get hurt as much when they fall.

I had a few lessons when I was a kid. I didn't learn much. As I recall, my schedule didn't allow me to get to the rink in time for the beginning class, so my parents signed me up for the intermediate class. After a few lessons, they figured out I wasn't ready for it and told me not to come back. I wouldn't dare try anything fancier than skating in circles now, if that; old, brittle bones don't like falling. I still love watching it, though.

Auch ... that was a bit much. It all went well until I hit > 60km and then I still had to pedal home. Against the wind ... yeah I'll blame the wind. No altitude to speak off this time but some 20 beach km.

Rather more annoyed by the teenagers trying to show off to girls by doing a hard full stop to shoot ice in their face.My dad worked at a rink as a part-time job on weekends. I've always joked that I learned how to skate before I learned how to walk.
I definitely could zoom around the rink, and once took beginner figure skating lessons and could do a couple spins and a one jump.
My brother was into hockey and their mini-league (whatever it was called) had a scrimmage with the local minor league team before one of their real games.

I finally started going back to the gym. I do 2 quick circuits, push/pull horizontal, push/pull vertical, leg press, and stationary lunges.
Yesterday, as I finished rows, one of the trainers said something and gave me a high-5.
In my mind, he's thinking:
Ah, look at that overweight, middle-aged woman, she's got really good form. I'm impressed.
I used to be a personal trainer so I do know how to lift properly.

The sorry state of the Army ...
Went to a event this morning organized on one of the bigger proving grounds of the army. Biked 50km on the terrain. Certain parts are strewn with abandoned vehicles and such as part their exercises.

I was looking at old medical records. I've lost a little over 30 pounds in less than 3 years.
That's damn slow, but still makes me happy.
And only just started going to the gym and I plan to get back to biking assuming the 2 years of allergy shots makes that possible.

I've recently decided that I'd be happy with losing 10 pounds per year. Down about 13 pounds from last year at this time, although last year and 3 years ago were the same (2 years ago was more like 30 or 40 pounds heavier).

Status: Less than 80 kg. That seemed to be a barrier I couldn't break through for a long time. But I hadn't weighed myself in about 4 months, and when I unpacked my scale yesterday, I was 78.25, without having put any effort into trying to lose weight. I have, however, been getting a lot more exercise than usual for the last week and a half, packing, loading and unloading the truck. I certainly feel better than I did a week and a half ago. I was dieing the first two or three days, but then I started to feel less exhausted. I mean, I'm still exhausted at the end of the day, but I can keep working through the day without having to take a lot of rest breaks.
-
@HardwareGeek Yay!
For reference, I haven't been under 80 kg since...high-school? I can push myself to work when I need to (I often end up helping people load and unload moving trucks), but I'm rather sedentary and way too fond of sweets.
-
I'm right at 74.8 kg. I lost 15 unnecessary pounds during January due to stress/busyness/forgetting to eat and now I'm at my weight floor. I'm definitely worse off on strength and stamina, it's pretty obvious if I start moving heavy stuff around. I always lose weight when I'm sick, so if I catch coronavirus I'm going to look like an Auschwitz survivor.

What's your height?
Because I'm at that weight now and I hope I'm taller, because I'm most likely less muscular.
-
@topspin 5' 11". I think I'm pretty dense, though, people usually underestimate my weight by about 20 pounds for some reason.

In Flemish, not even proper Dutch. Made famous by our health minister who uttered the phrase at the start of the epidemic.

Yikes. I'm down to 160 pounds. This quarantine business plus me just not really caring much about food is not a good combination.

I’m down from ~75kg to 70.5kg.
Which would be nice if I had lost some fat, but it doesn’t look like it, so I probably just lost muscle tissue (what little I have anyway) from doing fuck-all all day.
Funny (more like sad) thing, the last time I weighed that much a decade ago I thought I really wouldn’t mind gaining maybe 5kg. But of course I also had muscles in mind and ended up just getting fatter (well, not really, just skinny-fat).Also, I went for a bike ride two days ago after not moving my ass in 4 weeks. And after 5km I felt like I had just ran a marathon.
Sigh.

I would be happy to perform a lipo-transfusion.
Assuming it's not a financial matter, or a side-effect of a disease or its treatment, I have never quite understood how a person could be unwillingly underweight. Have you ever eaten a honey bun? (inb4 ) They're pretty easy to eat and they have about 600 calories each. One or two of those a day should solve any problems with being underweight.
