Since I'm participating in a user study
I'm at it again and testing the latest firmware updates.
This third round (a round a week) includes the curious instructions:
What is "Detect"? Who knows! Let's click the instructorial!
... Oh....

unwillingly underweight
Bad genetics and certain lack of exercise. All I'd get from eating honey buns and other such good stuff is a pot belly - which looks properly disgusting on matchstick people and is not at all easier to get rid of afterwards.

Also possible, skinny fat,
i.e., underweight and overfat.EDIT - Clarification

As mentioned elsewhere I had a mandatory day off so I made good use of it by going for a ride ... 73km in just under 4 hours. That sould be enough.

Assuming it's not a financial matter, or a side-effect of a disease or its treatment, I have never quite understood how a person could be unwillingly underweight. Have you ever eaten a honey bun? (inb4 ) They're pretty easy to eat and they have about 600 calories each. One or two of those a day should solve any problems with being underweight.
Food just doesn't really matter much to me. My appetite is usually low, and when I'm busy/stressed/not feeling well, I end up unintentionally missing meals without really noticing. I don't know why I'm this way, but on the plus side, I sometimes get to binge on cheesecake to maintain weight.

For the last 3 weeks I've been doing about 30 minutes on the treadmill (almost) each weekday. I think I missed only 2 days in that stretch. I tend to be doing lots of yardwork / home improvement stuff on weekends.
-
@boomzilla yelling at the kids counts as yardwork?
-
@cabrito Lawn care.

You drive way too slow
-
@TimeBandit
I'm not fast, but also MTB, no road bike. I averaged at 19km/h.

Randomly decided to review the weekly summary (since my tracker broke and I wondered how far down I am).
Not bad. I'll leave it to the reader to figure out which is my mom and which is my aunt.

I was going to make a joke about who you where going to tap but I'll refrain ...
Have my step count for last week as compensation.
I didn't claim it was a great compensation

The whole point of mentioning was to figure out who was the more milf-y.

What is that?! You walk a mountain every day.
-
@Tsaukpaetra
Not daily ...See? Only 2 or 3 times a week I
climb a moutaintake a run for itWhile rummaging through the graphs created by Garmin I came across this one ... that's a nice pattern!
So last 7 days I've been on either a run, bike ride, walk or 'fitness' activity.
Exact mix changes per week and not all activities are highly intensive. Half the bike rides and all walks are family based where I move along at the speed of a 12 year old girl.

@Tsaukpaetra
Life is boring enough of itself

I finally got back to lifting heavy things and putting them back down repeatedly.
I figured I'd just not give a fuck about keeping my shoulders slim this time around and just get new motorcycle leathers when they don't fit anymore because fuck it.Currently at 50kg on the barbell, and getting annoyed after 3 sessions that I still haven't started increasing weights. I usually do that when I manage to do 10 reps with the current weight. I also keep track of the progress to see if I've plateaued so I can switch up the exercises.
-
Soo, my body has finally started reacting to my training, so today I started increasing the weight for deadlift, next time I'll increase the weight both for deadlift and bench. How long do you all thing it'll take for me to max out the 120kg of weights I have and will have to buy more? I'd guess 9 months or so.

Normally I complain that this country is as flat as a pancake but that isn't true ... starting from just north of Brussels it becomes hilly just until the German border. Yesterday I took a 1h30 drive to some backwater village for a bike ride. Ended up with 76km and 1067 height gain.
Still Belgium:
And
Some people might know this one as the castle of the Red Knight from the comic with the same name.

Status: found my original broken Fitbit Charge 3 that was proven not to be waterproof.
For shits and giggles I plugged it in to charge.
It surprisingly (eventually) powered on! Screen is still a bit damaged and the estimated capacity of the battery is now 1mah, but in theory so long as you don't use it it should last a day between charges!
-
Goodness, I've gotten out of shape. Fell out of my "30 minutes on the treadmill" quite a while ago. The last couple of weeks I've been doing 2 or 3 times per week. Went out today and ran through a bunch of my karate kata and it nearly killed me.
-
Hiking Status: 1100m uphill.

@topspin Hit by lightning 292 times while riding 429 times on an escalator?
-
@Applied-Mediocrity walked up the equivalent of 429 stories.
I honestly have no idea what the lightning thingy is. I think it’s some kind of exercise measure, but what does it mean? Calories aremeasuredrandomly guessed separately.
-
Supped for the first time ... Mostly stayed upright but had a hard time going against the wind

I believe it is "minutes of activity".

I've been running approximately a half marathon (13.1mi) each night on the elliptical. I'm shedding pounds so fast my girlfriend thinks it's alarming.

I’ve barely made the 5k alive before the couch-demic.
Since then I’ve only moved from one room to another.
-
@topspin I've been walking a lot since the pandemic started. Unfortunately, all the walking is between the computer and the refrigerator.

Also, it's destroying the soles of my feet.
-
@error I'm sure my knees and ankles would be gone long before that. But I've never been able to run distances. Always been more of a sprinter.
-
14 miles. New personal best.
Man, I'm going to gain like 10lbs this Thursday.
