That was mildly interesting until they had to run their product placement by again. Fuck that noise.

@JBert yeah, I dislike midrolls, but their content is interesting enough that I can usually ignore it.

@Zecc "I don't deserve the credit for the discovery I'll be showing off in today's video." Yeah you don't deserve the credit for any of the others either. It's always some dude on Reddit whose findings he's reposting, half the time he forgets to link the source and the other half he forgets to ever say he stole it. The rest of the time he's fearmongering about Microsoft, and you can always tell which stuff is his own original work because it's the stuff completely full of utter bullshit.
I don't like AntVenom, not sure if I made that clear.

@pie_flavor at least you're not bitter.

Bitter doesn't really work as a pie flavor, unless maybe chocolate.

@HardwareGeek
I'm not sure anything works as a @pie_flavor

Found this somewhere random and it's hypnotising. Probably lucky to still have his head attached.

That's some cartoon-level shit right there!

I always thought that was just some movie BS. That is amazing.

@boomzilla Is Mike doing TV again? He was fun to watch until he got all political.
-
@Captain I don't recall him getting political. I think this is part of his foundation thing or whatever where they give scholarships to vocational schools or something.
-
@boomzilla Yeah, no big deal. He liked to lecture the audience near the end of Dirty Jobs, and then started doing videos for Prager U.

I don't think I ever saw those.

Was his show ever political? If so I never noticed it.

Phase Conjugate Mirror 720p – 03:01
— SuperLaser123This is amazing. I was trying to study non-linear optics (and finding that the same terms bring up the crystal-healing kooks) and found this demo.

At one point I was watching a bunch of videos on basic quantum mechanics for fun. Eventually, YouTube suggested a video on "quantum vortices" which I knew was something that happens in superfluid helium, so I started watching it. It all sounded like complete gibberish, but I kept watching in case something clicked. About 10 minutes in, I realized it was actually a video about how you can use quantum vortices from magnets to produce free energy, but Big Oil is murdering quantum scientists so their monopoly isn't threatened.

A few years ago I was at a car boot sale and one of the sellers had a ton of books. I idly flipped open one book that had a vague, technical, title and found what seemed to be some sort of advanced physics discussion, so I bought it.
I tried to read it later and it was actually some sort of Scientology thing. What a waste of 50p.

they decided to spend the night in the forest, using the hot objects they had discovered as personal heaters.
After dinner, they consumed some alcohol (vodka). However, they felt unusually sick after only a small amount (about 100 mL) and could not sleep.
You know things are bad when Russians feel sick after a couple of shots of vodka
