RE: Does the page have no styling, or is it me?
@boomzilla I looked at the developer tools in Firefox, and found the network here is blocking a lot of things.

Does the page have no styling, or is it me?
Can someone go to CurseForge and see if the page has styling? I am seeing a rather messed up page with no CSS, although I think it may be the network I am on right now (at the doctor's office).

RE: WTF Bites
I have been seeing that as well. It is usually caused by a faulty graphics driver.

RE: TIL: Resonance
One of my friends has a neighbor who created an automatic gong with a very large resonance box around it. He had set it to go off at midnight EVERY NIGHT, and got arrested after the first time it activated. It was apparently loud enough to be heard about 50 miles away. It broke a lot of windows as well.
The device was destroyed the next day.

RE: Gimme a P! Gimme a D! Gimme an F! Oh, and give me something I can use to generate them :)
DevExpress has a Document Server available for about $600 that supports creating various document types and exporting them. I use an older version of DevExpress and it works quite well.
DevExpress Support is also VERY good.

RE: In other news today...
The guy who threatened to rat them out should be investigated, as he seems to be hiding something.

RE: Today's winner of the award for Evil Game That's Corrupting Children Worldwide: Minecraft, for feeding cookies to parrots!
@Zecc The latest RC does just that. Now seeds are used to tame parrots, and giving them cookies kills them instantly with a poison particle effect.

RE: In other news today...
That's just absurd. The employees that did that need to be fired. And how many other potential employees have they commented about?

RE: Microsoft Edge can't numbers
This bug is in the running for "Bizarre Bug of the Year".
I guess it is some kind of cache corruption issue. Those are fun to debug (NOT!).

RE: WTF Bites
@Yamikuronue OK, makes sense.
One would think that testing with both kinds of data would be performed, but...

RE: Exception handling is hard
From the FetchCommand thing at the start, I think it has to do with changing the currently displayed data on a screen, or changing the screen being used. Not sure though.

RE: Exception handling is hard
@dkf Like the following example (from https://www.codeproject.com/Feature/WeirdAndWonderful.aspx?msg=4327314#xx4327314xx)
byte[] arySend = FetchCommand(cmd.CHANGE_THE_ACTIVE_DISPLAY); int iScreen = this.cboDisplayName.SelectedIndex; iScreen = iScreen < 8 ? iScreen + 1 : (7 < iScreen && iScreen < 10 ? iScreen + 4 : (10 == iScreen ? iScreen + 5 : (11 == iScreen ? iScreen + 10 : (11 < iScreen && iScreen < 16 ? iScreen + 12 : (15 < iScreen && iScreen < 20 ? iScreen + 24 : (19 < iScreen && iScreen < 22 ? iScreen + 45 : (22 == iScreen ? iScreen + 53 : (23 == iScreen ? iScreen + 57 : (23 < iScreen && iScreen < 26 ? iScreen + 65 : (25 < iScreen && iScreen < 28 ? iScreen + 72 : (27 < iScreen && iScreen < 30 ? iScreen + 152 : (30 == iScreen ? iScreen + 160 : (30 < iScreen && iScreen < 33 ? iScreen + 169 : (33 == iScreen ? iScreen + 170 : (34 == iScreen ? iScreen + 171 : (35 == iScreen ? iScreen + 175 : (35 < iScreen && iScreen < 41 ? iScreen + 176 : (41 == iScreen ? iScreen + 203 : (42 == iScreen ? iScreen + 208 : iScreen = iScreen + 212 ))))))))))))))))))); // 43 == iScreen arySend[2] = Convert.ToByte(iScreen); arySend[3] = 0x01; // Refresh screen

RE: AppDomain woes
@Maciejasjmj since it's open source, that feature could be added easily enough, possibly through an additional attribute.
I might try that when I get back to my computer (using my iPad right now).

RE: AppDomain woes
Maybe the stuff at this page will help? I have toyed with that before and it seems to work.

RE: i.Con Smart Condom
I have no words for how stupid this (and IoT in general) is.
People who buy this stuff are TRWTF.
