@El_Heffe the copy-paste fail is funny, but the big question is - why Firefox?

Don't know, but I can't use FF to login into our company's payroll/vacation/etc website. It gets stuck in an endless loop. I have to use Edge. (No Chrome here, so not sure - but I think I tried using that on my linux machine and it failed.)
Maybe we subcontracted that portal to the same people the bank subcontracted... IdiotsInc.

Ah, Pale Moon shown in the screenshot uses the old Firefox user agent...

@dcon There are (at least) two financial-industry sites that have recently begun to refuse Firefox unless it is started with extensions disabled. One of them has the grace to explain this; the other just goes into a loop. Doubtless someone read an article that put the wind up them.

Seems effective, how can we gain control of the sources of these articles?

That sounds awfully familiar.
*Glares at stupid "knowledge base" page by our IT service.*
Anybody knows what's causing this specifically with Firefox? I was just assuming this was related to the general incompetence of IT here; the fact that it works on elsewhere would have just been dumb luck.

I should probably clarify what I meant... We login in, go thru the normal corporate fun. It then redirects to another login page. Normally, F5 clears that and we end up where we need. On FF that now just reloads the 2nd login page. Which, naturally, can't be used to login. I still have to hit F5 in Edge, it clears the login and "just works". FF used to do that - but then something changed. (Not sure if it was a FF update, or that was when 2FA went into effect)

I assume Firefox privacy-izing cookies?
