The full dynamic range version of that image wasn't interesting at all
But less confusing, because that looks much more like what I'd expect.

A guy in a US bar spots two girls talking and approaches them:
: Hey, I heard your accent, are you two ladies from England?
: It's Wales, you moron!
: Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. So, are you two whales from England?checking thread title... yup, that'll do!

@loopback0 but why Irish in particular?
From Wikipedia:
The potato had a large effect on European demographics and society, due to the fact that it yielded about three times the calories per acre of grain while also being more nutritive and growing in a wider variety of soils and climates, significantly improving agricultural production in the early modern era. Despite this it took a while to catch on. Probably the first area of Europe to cultivate it on a wide scale was Ireland in the early 17th century, so that by the 18th century the Irish population exploded, and its people subsisted almost entirely on the crop.

Poor folks. I mean, they were Irish, but still. Did anyone make it out alive?
-
@Applied-Mediocrity out of the 18th century? Probably not.

An article in FAZ newspaper:
Gallup boss on luck:
> "330 million people live without social interaction"There was a Dilbert comic like that (can't find it currently) where Dilbert found out that he does not need anyone else, and thus is the luckiest man on earth.

Air cannon or trebuchet?

@boomzilla
Giving the location a trebuchet, I think we'll just have to move it a bit closer to hit seige the city walls

What kind of a massive, gaping asshole does a boss have to be to make a joke like this a threat to your job?

The kind of boss who realizes having this kind of misanthropic bastard on his team is destroying team morale.

I've worked with a few misanthropic bastards and none of them had a sign like this. OTOH, about half of my teammates have something similar and they're all cool. Humor and misanthropy rarely go together.
