What Mobile-Games do you guys play / enjoy?

I just want to +1 Monument Valley. Definitely a 5 star game.

which is a totally real thing we are in now.
ugh...
Don't remind me.
The drone masses have taken over the market with a tablet... because always having a piece of shit is better than having to sit down in order to access a decent machine.
My tablet's gpu is probably better than what I have in my laptop, since it handle xcom well, and the laptop doesn't.

I've been playing Pokémon Go the last two days :) Got onto the private beta.
-
The best mobile game I've found to date: any of the original Pokemon games in an emulator. It works great.
I tried Zelda and Mario first, but it turns out "virtual keypads" are absolute shit. I really hope physical buttons make a comeback, something shaped like the Xperia Play would be perfect for me.

I like games that I can whip out quickly, require no Internet, have no in-app purchases (or are completely not required for gameplay, like extra costumes). "Waiting room" games.
Cribbage
Just pick one with a nice UI for your favorite platform. I'm at the point where the computer and I are 50/50 on pro level. Nice bit of fun, luck and math.PunchQuest
Side-scrolling arcade-style. You punch to move forward. Punch to run. Punch to jump. Punch everything. PUNCH! Level up by punching things. Earn loot by punching things (to buy powerups to punch better)Only downside is there's no end-game. Once you're fully kitted out, and can punch your way past game-level 20 easily enough, it's just punching for punch's sake. You get a good 20 hours of out it, though.
Tyrian
Story-driven, overhead shooter. Port from a classic game. Tons of fun, for raisins outlined in Ross' Game Dungeon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w025kQRMZwAQuick summary of video: great writing, good universe, and you DON'T FUCKING DIE IN ONE HIT LIKE BULLSHIT JAPANESE BULLETSTORM GAMES. You have shields (that regenerate), and armor (that can be replenished), and you keep your power ups.

This last week I've been wasting time with Pathfinder Adventures, Obsidian's conversion of the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game to Android and iOS.
Pros: it's free to try and if you play it a lot you can eventually get all of the content for free. Overall a good job of converting the physical game, including a couple of interesting additions.
Cons: buggy, enough that you may want to wait a couple weeks for fixes before trying it unless you're a fan of the physical game. No Windows version yet, but one is in the works. (I have a Windows tablet which I like to use for board games, among other junk.)

@Lorne-Kates
RE: Tyrian
Play it on DOS and you can use fighting game commands to have even more fun.

Star Trek Timelines, SimCity BuildIt, Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition, Futurama Game of Drones. All on iOS, and just to kill time on my commute. Also, City 2048 is a fun one too, and is a nice cover of 2048.

Futurama Game of Thrones
I want this.

@Lorne-Kates Whoops, misspelled that, I meant Game of Drones.

@theBread The printer is coming

Heh.

My go-to games are still Unruly, Tracks and Range. They're part of Simon Tatham's Puzzle Collection.
I still occasionally play Moon Chaser when looking for something less brainy.
They're all free. I'm a cheapskate. Also ad-free. I mean the games, not me. Although I'm ad-free too.

If you have any clothes with visible logos this is not true!
-
@Zemm I'm currently wearing a t-shirt like this one:
Does that make me a walking Namco billboard?

As it happens, I avoid them as much as possible, with the exception ofa local brand I quite like.
Logo-less boots and sneakers are hard to find though.

My shirt has a duck hunt blaster save the words "original gangster" - got compliments mostly from black guys. Such a good shirt :D

@Magus One of the best t-shirt logos ever was accompanied by the slogan “Save Water, Drink Wine.” That shirt got me stopped at a border once (in the Netherlands), but just so that the border guards could have a good laugh at the end of a long hot day.
While looking (futilely) for good images of that shirt, I found this and thought of everyone here:
