I have not watched this video, and I don't know why it showed up in YT's suggestions, but based on the preview image and the title, this appears to be the right place for it.
In case the video fails to embed, the preview image shows a with a pentagram and blinky (?) LEDs, and the title is "UV Protection Amulet". Yeah. That's not going to protect anything from UV, except maybe the little circle of skin that it happens to cover.
-
@HardwareGeek Well at least TIL something:
to get a better snapshot, 2032 as in a CR2032 battery:
and the end is "3.2 mm [thick]."Also I think the "protection" part is tongue-in-cheek, what he's building is a UV detector.

âCâ means lithium & manganese dioxide, and âRâ means cylindrical (âroundâ).I might be able to remember the "R", but there's no way I'll ever remember "C" as it's just a random code, not the initial of anything -- besides, since I don't design stuff it's not I would ever want to remember either of those. Still, nice to know.
Sadly, it seems "number-equals-size" only works for 4 digits numbers (such as 2032), for smaller numbers there is a relationship with size but it's... complicated. Oh well. At least there is at least one (somewhat common) battery size that's easy to remember.

Not a huge lot, but thanks anyway.

Some fun stuff in the comments too.
Edit: funny how at this time there's no embed showing in your post, but there is one showing in my quote.

Or... sometimes the other way round...
It's a good thing computers are deterministic devices.
(this is going to end up as my sig, if I ever get one)

@Zecc It might be a decent (if very oversimplified) introductory tutorial on Blender transition nodes, but turning it into a really bad music video with many mispronounced words (text-to-speech? words created by editing samples of other words into wrong new words?) is very .

The video gets a bit NSFW...
-
@boomzilla not sure if the funniest bit is nakid wiman on a car!!11! or how the people in the car sound like teens who suddenly realise that nudity is a Real Thing and not just something to dream and snicker about.
-
-
uh...wtf was that?
-
@Dragoon I had nothing better to do so here's my guess ( ):
The end screen says "Taikyoku Bugeikan," Bugeikan seems to be one karate school (style?) and Taikyoku is a set of (over-simplified) rehearsed moves. But that last part may be a as this may just be the name of this particular karate school.
Probably more relevant, the video title translates to "something rehearsal something." So I'm assuming it's, well, a rehearsal for some sort of exhibition event, or maybe movie scene. Probably a very early preliminary one, or maybe a spoof version.
It's definitely a good fit for this thread, though.

@remi By Toutatis, there was nothing to detectivate there. The video description says:
These are familiar practice scenes to the Academy of Tai-ji Martial Art pupils.
From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tai_chi:
an internal Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation.
tai chi is typified by its slow movements
The primary purposes of tai chi are health, sport/self-defense and aesthetics.

Though that doesn't look at all like any tai chi I've ever seen, but then again all I've ever seen are people who do it for fitness in the middle of a public park, so I'm willing to accept it may be far from the whole thing.

In theory taiji practitioners can do something they call fa-jin, which is more or less very short movements that exert lots of force. In practice there are a lot of fakers who do this things where the other person jumps around. I have no idea if these guys are making fun of those guys or what and don't care enough to find out more.

@Tsaukpaetra I believe that's done on purpose, which makes this version so terrible.
But it is random, hence this thread.
