Hey, @Error! Long time! How's it going?
It's going good. Finished with the semester, and about to have a load of time off. I've the early beginnings of an @error_bot written in TypeScript running on Node.
How've you been?

@abarker - Days Since Last Discourse Bug: null
I think NaN is more appropriate.

Pretty good. Trying not to kill the one other programmer we have on staff (he can't hit a deadline to save his life). My boss says we can't afford the time to replace him right now. Maybe I can arrange to get him replaced after the new year.
Just trying to get my current projects wrapped up so I don't have anything to worry about when I go on vacation Friday.

Not my fault we have such shitty emoji.
I could change the whole site to use iEmoji in /admin....
Actually there's 4 choices...

None of them do.

Sounds better than "there is 4 choices"

?

And also grammatically correct.
Obviously grammatically correct, but "there's" sounds better than "there're." It's just awkward.

Which is why most people just say "there are" instead of trying to contract it.

Exactly. Both correct and easy on the ear.

"There are" and "there're" are so close in pronunciation in my mind that they're practically indistinguishable. Might depend on accent/region though.
