These screenshots have not been altered or staged in any way (Opera Mobile weirdness)

I've had them for over a year in the screenshots folder so I'm a little foggy on the details, but somehow Opera crashed and decided to... show a mouse cursor?
And this... I don't even

WTF!? How is this even possible? It even has a shadow and everything!

I have seen the mouse cursor on an android when an external mouse is connected - either by bluetooth or usb (otg). Android has built in support for both external keyboard and mouse - even on the phone (Although I can only confirm for version 4.1, or was it 4.2? I haven't tried it on the newer ones).
As for downloading google on the appstore, that's just fscked up.

My Android tablet has a mousepad

Ok I'm sorry but i can't take it anymore.
What's the deal with people recently calling trackpads "mousepads"? What is the deal! There is a deal and I must know what it is! I had never seen that before in my life until a conversation here about 2 weeks ago, now it's everywhere.

When I've used Opera Mobile on a non-touchscreen phone (yes, kids, there was a time when those existed), I'd use the joystick/D-pad/2468 keys to operate the cursor, click on links, scroll, etc. Apparently they didn't pull it out when making a touchscreen version.

Same. Calling trackpads/touchpads/clickpads "mousepads" is just plain wrong and irritates me.
To me, a mousepad looks like this:

Our secret plan to drive blakeyrat insane has finally borne some fruit. The idea is to drive him more insane, so he wraps around the other side and becomes sane.

Blakeyrat.SanityLevel = Sanity.MIN_VALUE - 1;

So what's a track mat then?

This post is deleted!

That Mickey Mousemat just encourages people to miss the toilet, I’d think.

I was with you until this part.

That Mickey Mousemat just encourages people to miss the toilet,
You're supposed to put the cover in the upright position before using the toilet.
-
+1 Informative
-
IMO, fluffy covers and mats on/around toilets belong here either way.

That’d still leave a tempting target on the ground.

But at least your turd has an actual chance of landing inside the toilet.

And desktop backgrounds are "screen savers".
I think I will now take sadistic joy in reviving threads that are super old, since DickSource (I thought that was 7chan...) insists on informing me.

No problem. I found the post above you highly amusing. Then I noticed it was because I made it myself.

And desktop backgrounds are "screen savers".
"That's a nice screensaver you have there"
And my brain goes
- How the hell do they know what screensaver I have?
- What screensaver do I have?
- Oh, it's the "blank screen" screensaver.
- Why is a 1920Ă—1080 black rectangle interesting to them?
- Wait, do they mean my wallpaper?
- Do they go into peoples' houses and say "that's some nice screensaver you have on your walls"?
- I should reply to this post on What the Daily WTF?

As I said elsewhere, I miss After Dark.
