Not that you couldn't find other outrageous things.
Like the guy who got taken to court for manspreading, and warned that he'd be in trouble if he got arrested for something again.
-
Someone got taken to court for taking up slightly over one seat on a train?
-
Eh...that sounds like the NYPD's crazy ass quota system for tickets as it's been inflicted on the subway system. I recently read about all sorts of crazy tickets and shit they write up on people.
There are actually laws saying not to take up more than a reasonable number of seats or put your feet up or whatever. It's meant for times when it's crowded, but of course enforcement seems particularly heavy during the post-midnight rush hour (that's 00:00 for all you metric time people out there).
Not the original thing I read, but about the phenomenon:

Yes. It's stupid. And it happened around midnight.
-
When there would have been about four people on the train, I guess
-
That's why the judge let him off so nicely.
Oh, also, a week or two ago, I saw a woman womanspreading on the train. Not fat, just spreading across half of the next seat for no reason.
-
Arguably it is
I'm just going to assume that you've been subjected to very terrible arguments and that this level of "arguably" is normal to you.And I'm quite serious this time.
There is no way a person can be traumatized, or should rationally insist they are traumatized at the level of rape, from simply viewing a person who happens to be a man, take up slightly more than one person's width, on a train.
And you're insistance that it can be argued is just evidence of how terribly screwed we are with identity politics and "being offended" being the new norm. That people should have safe zones because they can't manage to hear a different opinion.
Either we are getting fragile emotionally in a dangerous way, such that words reserved for people with mental conditions (triggered) are being reasonable excuses for censoring or other jackass behavior, or being intellectually dishonest is an acceptable behavior.
I suppose we should just give "damaged" people room to destroy civil behavior expectations.
-
Either we are getting fragile emotionally in a dangerous way
This is all I'm saying. Being that fragile is in no way a good thing imo, but I won't rule out the existence of such sad creatures.

He hates your nostalgia. And my nostalgia. Blakeystalgia is where everything is awesome
Mac Classic had the best nostalgia

Uh... last I checked, humans only have two hands and no tail. So, you'd either need a second human, set down your Pro controller, or awkwardly try to use the tablet while holding the Pro controller.
What? No, you use the GamePad that's in your hand, that you're using to play the game.
-

If only there were buttons to control the game…
@powerlord said:Not to mention you have to look away from the TV to do it.
And that's different to switching screens on the 3DS how?
-
Besides all that, the only good Zelda game is
Zelda II: Adventures of LinkThe Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.FTFY
-
Why would you use the gamepad to play it when you could use a controller much better suited for it?!

And that's different to switching screens on the 3DS how?The 3DS is small enough that you can see both screens at the same time. They're also set a few inches apart from one another.
-
You still have to context-switch between the two screens; your eyes cannot focus on both at the same time
-

Because the Gamepad is a perfectly suitable controller that also has an additional screen in the middle.
-

Especially if you're switching between the slightly unfocussed gaze I found you need for the 3D screen and a normal LCD
-
I need a safe area, these ideas are just too damaging.

the stupidly-expensive dumb TV controller.
I actually like this thing in some ways. They use it for some AR features sometimes, which I approve of. But yeah, when used as just another TV like smash bros does, it's worthless. It's particularly worth it for those Pictionary-like games where you and your friends can spend hours producing crudely-drawn penises.

Pad of post-its is a heck of a lot cheaper.
