Best Buy's new plan to increase revenue
-
I could be wrong, but I don't think this is a typo.
-
I see something similar on Amazon. Reviews are what you'd expect.
-
A thousand bucks for a length of copper braiding.
That's one hell of a margin.
Edit
O god the Amazon reviews are beautiful.
-
Post this thread in an Audiophile site and they will insist that the extra acoustic and visual quality of this vastly superior cable is worth every extra penny, and no amount of giving them a rational explanation of how flawed their reasoning is will change their minds.
I also post for your entertainment: the $7,200 12' speaker cable.

And so we concluide once again that salesmen are best described by a word that rhymes with "runts" (cue endless smartassery).
-
We may laugh at this, but we all know that if it was the exact same cable with an Apple logo on it people would camp out for weeks to be the first in line to get one.
I wonder what kind of success I'd have at purchasing bulk cables from MonoPrice and reselling on Amazon at 500% markup...

Cunts?
The whole thing is reminisant of Denon's Amazon reviews a while back on a certain overpriced cable which included a review that saidIf I could use a rusty boxcutter to carve a new orifice in my body that’s compatible with this link cable, I would already be doing it. I can just imagine the pure musical goodness that would flow through this cable into the wound and fill me completely — like white, holy light

I thought it was "punts" as in "he punted that one out of the park and gave an old lady who was crossing the street a head injury"

I thought it was "punts" as in "he punted that one out of the park and gave an old lady who was crossing the street a head injury"No, clearly, Funts, as in Alan and Peter...

Oh god, this low point in humor is giving me an actual headache.

You're all mistaken. Since we're talking about cables, the answer is obviously "Muntz", as in Earl "Mad Man" Muntz, car stereo pioneer:@PJH said:
