@r10pez10 1A is 169 or 676
-
I'll grab the easy one, 18A and 18D are both 101.
-
Going only by the one clue, 20D is either 484, 565, 646, 727, or 808.
E: Another low hanging fruit, 15D is either 352 or 390, and 16A is the other one.

@Vault_Dweller That seems like a good suggestion. I can only find one clue relating to 24D, and that would leave its middle digit unconstrained if 24D's digits don't sum to 5. But that would in turn require the value being multiplied (24A) to start with no larger digit than 4.
I think… Or maybe I've missed something. That's also very possible!

The fifth clue (The sum of the digits of 3A...) is an easy one
-
21A is 900 and 16D is 302, since 16D can't be the multiple of 100 by the leading zeros rule, and since 21A's digits can't sum up to 5 that leaves the other option. The compiler's note was definitely right on this one.
Since 23A starts with 6 or 7, and 19D XOR 27A is prime...
27A as 113 makes 19D 163, both prime so no go.
19D as 167 doesn't match 26A, no go there either.
19D as 173 is definitely nonsensical.
So that leaves 19D and 28D as 179, 26A as 119, and 23A as 714, Also by cascade of equals 35A, 35D, and 39A all end with 99.

6D ≠ 1D → 5D = 2D → 5A starts with
9
→ 5A =999

Something's wrong here.

I got bored and made a checker. Click on a cell to select it, press a number key to set it. Backspace, delete, and - all clear the cell. Arrow keys move the selection around the grid, skipping over the blanks. Escape clears the selection.
There are also regular text inputs for the whole clue/s intersecting the selected cell. Any non-digit character will be treated as empty.
Hints can highlight as correct or incorrect, but only run their check when all of their associated clue numbers are filled.
