You can start small; Just the major features for each category of features. Give us some time to digest that and flesh the list out over the course of the next couple of weeks. Try not to post JUST features. No arguing the inarguable, no speculations. Once the existing features are documented and digested, then we can look at "future" features.

Even worse than DIGITAL ZOOM. At least DZ can be disabled. Who wouldn't hate any feature that eliminates 15% of the view screen. My new CamCorder has this black band across the top and bottom that takes up 10 to 15% of the screen. I think the CC was designed for TV and the HD format Of my 10,000 video clips I haven't watched 'ONE' on TV and resent the impact it has on the view screen. Please give me my video screen back; Dumb Ass Manufacturers. And design a CC for TV and another for Computers. Boo you stupid stupids.

I got the wrong camcorder TWICE. The first was a VOB with all the videos in 1 huge file. I tried changing dates. Everything short of off loading it (because I was in the bush) to get seperate files. I gave that one away. Then my latest does everything sort of ok but FIFTEEN percent of screen is missing. I would have definitely changed my buying decision had I known. I nominate myself in the dumbest consumer category and co-nominate the salesforce at "WallMart and BestBuy".

The Movie Settings were right there. I never read the manual. Just shot and offloaded. They should make the default SD rather than HD.

You really have no idea what a challenge or showdown should be do you? The idea in a challenge is normally to allow different approaches, techniques etc to be compared to see which is considered the best, you method seems to be just a blatant form of self promotion / SSRR promotion.

Sharing Knowledge through stereo Video
Yup the digital video showdown has become an easy whip. With 'new' Super features being just a noodle away. For next year I'll have a feature that will show matching pairs of video in 2 windows. I'll need someone to develop a piece of hardware whereby I can turn the TWO camcorders on and off at the same instant. The trigger should fit between the teeth because both hands will be holding CC's. Wow when they pull out their camcorder; Swampies will pull out 2!!! Nobody touches Swamp video now or in the future...
