it was within like a minute of posting! I think it's probably a bot...
That's what I said, isn't it?
Y-- Well... Hmm, yesss.....
I think I need to sleep...
Bots don’t need sleep.
It's useful though...

Oh, I think I know why nobody has answered:
Nobody wants to be nice on StackOverflow. 

This is the type of errant pedantry up with which I will not put.
Wait, Winston Churchill knew about WTDWTF?!

Still no response, but my "I haven't done anything-ness" has gotten me several privileges!
Still no responses though. Three upvotes aren't an answer, people!
I'm not even getting edits or anything... Maybe it's because I'm not a high-enough rep to see the behind-back talking?

It's a much better question than most of the ones I see asked (link to another question indicating that you've done some research, core of question is written comprehensibly, and some context for what is going on); it deserves an upvote. I can't answer it though; it involves lots of stuff I don't understand.

You and 68 others, apparently...

@Tsaukpaetra I have found the Rx library (which has a .NET port, RxNET) is extremely effective at dealing with async problems with a temporal component. It's great for dealing with buffering, rate limiting, throttling, debouncing, timeouts, windowing, etc.
I can't speak to specifics here but it sounds like a good route to pursue for your problem.

IIRC, Jeff is an authority on temporal bugs.
