"Admissible evidence"

@darkmatter I don't think it's unreasonable to want a jury for a case to consist of people capable of understanding the case.

INB4 this topic gets moved to the garage

people capable of understanding the case.
How would they ever be able to go to trial by jury in Alabama with such stringent rules

"Jury of your peers" doesn't mean it only contains people like you... in fact it means the opposite.
jury of one's peers
n. a guaranteed right of criminal defendants, in which "peer" means an "equal." This has been interpreted by courts to mean that the available jurors include a broad spectrum of the population, particularly of race, national origin and gender.Fair enough.
Jury selection may include no process which excludes those of a particular race or intentionally narrows the spectrum of possible jurors. It does not mean that women are to be tried by women, Asians by Asians, or African Americans by African Americans.
Tell that to OJ's lawyers.
Also, unfortunately even this has been codified into irrelevance. "Intentionally narrow[ing] the spectrum of possible jurors" is literally the first thing that they do when the case involves any sort of specialized knowledge. If you were to be involved in a jury trial about your programming work, the first thing the lawyers (on both sides!) would try to eliminate is anyone who knows anything about software development.
I'm with @RaceProUK on this one. If a process deliberately eliminates anyone who has the experience to broadly understand the issue outside the context of what is specifically presented to the court, your right to a trial of your peers is being violated.

@accalia a video of last time
I wish my bitch was that calm when we attempt to trim her claws. She really needs it, but is extremely touchy about anyone touching, mentioning, or even looking at her paws with intent.

@raceprouk I am incredibly tempted to create an alt account named RespondsWithPonies and make like @r10pez10 but with pony images...though I wonder how quickly said account would get banned off the face of the forum.
ban? why would we ban it?
we havent banned @zoidberg.
It wouldn't be banned, just religiously followed and down-voted for every post by a certain forum-member.

Probably never... but I'd downvote them. So there's that.

But I like MLP. Why would I downvote ponies?

No, you're certainly a pretty forum-member. There's a difference.

You don't have to use the forum's follow feature to actually follow someone.
I know you have scripts that listen to each and every post as it comes in. :P

There's only one user who's special enough for that kind of treatment.

In your case, it's easy: we can follow at what position you are in a thread by the likes you gave

Yes. You can also tell if I've been in a given topic too.
